Though I personally love tacobell fastfood chain, this personal establishment of (Leeds, AL) approval literally (yo-yos)one hand of my frequent visits its a fine experience, but then I have a terrible drive through experience. With my order messed up, or missing a product. Though sometimes the manager 9/10 fixes or handles the situation. Just not consistent overall appeal, and sometimes and employees are never kept nor improvement of speedly or timely process. Now I can omit that their busy lunch rushes are handled very well, just wish they would try or attempt all hours. This review can change if things improve, but overall doesnt 100% detour my love of tacoBell franchises. PRICE: $ & 1/2 PRO: Service on food was delivered promptly, CON: Impatient drive through employees, out of ordering merchandise, associate working drive window appeared to show a twinge of attitude, outside of taco bell appeared to be almost appearing empty & uninviting

We just left this store and I cant recall ever have been treated more poorly. The cashier, Brittany W. according to the receipt, was exceptionally rude. After handing us the food she slammed the window shut without a word. We remained to ensure the contents of the order were correct, and within seconds the window slammed open again. She asked in a hostile tone what our problem was and what we needed. When we responded that we were checking the contents of the order, she told us that we needed to leave because we were still on her clock. There was no one else in line at the time, which is irrelevant, that was completely inappropriate behavior from a manager/supervisor. I called Tacala LLC., which is the franchise owner, and lodged a complaint. Well see if their response to the situation earns my continued business.

Slow service and subpar food. I live in Leeds and this Taco Bell has been a pathetic experience for a very long time. They cannot seem to keep management so the issues never get better. If you are passing through skip this Taco Bell and go somewhere else, you will thank me. As of the time of writing this review I have been waiting 10 min for $7 worth of food. ***Update on 12/12/16*** No improvement, we made our order of 2 $5 dollar boxes at 5:46 and did not get the food until 6:07. There were 3 people sitting waiting on food when we got in line and no one after us. At least this place is consistent, too bad it is at poor service.

The Food was served fast but the services was very poor. Used drive thru ordered two box meals. After being handed the first asked that they be put in a bag Had to put them in the bag my self . Was not given any straws for drinks and no napkins. The server could not be any ruder and as soon as she handed me my food she was talking to the next customer without a thank you or have a nice day. This was not at rush hour but at 2:30 in the afternoon.

It was the worst experience I ever had. The worst customer service from the manager he was rude and we had to wait for him to go out to his car and he came back. There was people in front of us. We started to order our food and he was being extremely rude. We told him to forget our order and We walked out. We will never be back. I wish I couldnt even give this taco bell a star. This Taco Bell doesnt even deserve a star!

Terrible experience got the order wrong, when confronted caught an attitude ,So I walked inside took 15 min for anyone to come see me at the front , then was told to wait 45min to wait for the manager to get in . Called corporate and wrote them a nasty letter on the corporate page they remade my food reluctantly and asked me not to call corporate.

This is the worst Taco Bell location for timely service and getting my order correct. 8 out of 10 x my drive through order is wrong and need to go back for my food. And you can plan on waiting A WHILE in line here in the drive through. And Seems like portions get smaller and smaller too.

This Taco Bell seems to be a lot better than the other area locations. They hardly ever get my order wrong. They seem to skimp on the more expensive ingredients like the meat and sour cream but its overall a decent fast food restaurant.

Taco bell website said they close at 2, got off the interstate at 1:30. Hours on door said they close at 1 on Monday and Tuesday, even though the place was lit up like they were open.
