PAINFULLY slow to fill orders through Grubhub. Grubhub will tell you an estimated 20-30 min window, but then youll get an automated email saying it will be more like 50 minutes. I showed up at 55 minutes and they looked surprised as if they had not even started making my order yet. its not my idea of fun to stand there (in a virtually empty restaurant, mind you) waiting for you to make my order when it was placed online nearly an hour ago. Hire more staff to help you fill the orders in a timely fashion. Youve had other people complain about this as well. I wont be returning when this repeatedly happens.

AWFUL I was a frequent customer and was COMPLETELY dissatisfied with my experience. I asked them through online order and through phone to make my order well done. Not only was it underdone but it was the wrong dish. I tried to call and complain, the woman barely speaks English and argued with me. She ended up hanging up on me. That was the end of it. Never ordering from there again. Customer service gets a zero out of ten.

The food here was disgusting. Ordered for me and my fiancé. They brought out the dish that was covered with this slimy sauce. It was inedible. After mentioning it to the server she just laughed it off and walked away. We ended up not eating the food and still got charged and were not offered anything else.

Good food for a fair price. Just there a couple of days ago and got the chicken pad Thai. Big portion and a lot of chicken, very good! Always get the steamed dumplings also, which are also very good. Owner and staff are always pleasant and friendly

Horrible!!! Ordered chicken and broccoli. chicken was tougher than leather. Ordered lo mein-tasted burnt, dark and old. Do yourself a favor and go to Wegmans for chinese. Thumbs down!!! No stars at all.

Best take out chinese i think ive ever had. The sesame chicken was real, non processed chicken and the boneless spare ribs were easily the best ive had. Huge egg rolls too. Totally recommend
