This place is disgusting, the service is bad and the food is worse. I had a simple walk-in order, 4 wings with fried rice. The owner took my order. I watch the owner start cooking the food, looked away for few minutes and the order is finished. I look back and I see the Owner of the store grabbing a platter from behind the refrigerator. He took my order so I dont know why he would be grabbing anything from behind the fridge to give to me. I get home to eat the food, the rice was cold and the chicken was soggy. The chicken looked like it was reheated in a microwave. It was just as I thought. The owner gave me an order from before I came in that someone else had not picked up. This place is disgusting and they dont serve you freshly cooked food. I returned to demand a refund. The refund was posted to my account, and then taken off my account. I now have to go back to this place to resolve this issue. After I receive my refund, I will not be returning to this place again, you shouldnt think of going. Save yourself the trouble; there are several other places, Chinese food restaurants, in the area that have better food and service. Stay away from this place. Call in, pick up orders beware, they will serve you platters that were sitting because someone else didnt come in to pick it up.

We order from here often, and the food is usually lovely. However tonight we put an order in and rang back enquiring as to whether we still had time to add something else to our original purchase. We were told this was fine however when our food arrived it did not include our add-on. The delivery man kindly told us that he would drive back to collect it for us, yet when he came back he informed us that the Chinese was counting it as a separate order and we would have to pay the delivery cost again. When I rang to complain the woman who answered the phone insisted it was our fault that we had added it on late (even though she clearly stated we still had time!) and was inexcusably rude to me - a paying customer - and clearly thought that a bad attitude and hanging up the phone was appropriate customer service. Due to this employees arrogance they have lost two regular customers. The owner should take more time in considering who they should hire!!

They gave me the wrong food and then expected me to return the ALREADY OPENED food back at the store, because it was apparently someones elses order. I had already taken two bites out of the food before realizing it wasnt what I ordered, so its not even like they could re-sell it (at least I would hope they would not try to). So not only did I pay for food I didnt order, but they tried to make me deliver the incorrect order to them, and refused to give me my original order. They said they had my correct order sitting at my store too, so they knew for sure that I had never received what I actually ordered. Ive actually ordered from here quite a bit recently, and was surprised that they did not show even the slightest loyalty to a regular customer. Will not be eating here again, and was very put off by their poor service.

As a art school student displeased with her meal plan food last year I discovered this place after trail and error with many other chinese restaurants. The food is inexpensive, good and comes in large abundances. Ive ordered there countless times and never been displeased with my order. However, of all the times Ive gotten delivery the delivery man has not once gotten out of his car and brought the food inside to my schools front desk, like all other place. He has called me, from the car to go out and get the food, not once stepping out of the car. I find it endlessly rude. But of course, it has not stopped me from ordering over and over again.

This isnt the first negative encounter with springs. I order extra sauce, I pay for extra sauce, however I receive no sauce like really?? Straight nasty! Tonight the shrimp in my shrimp and broccoli was nothing but mush (Tasted old or reused). I then called about the issue hes gone say he dont know what to do. Ill do you one better and bring it back and you can give my money back! Terrible service. Then try to charge for delivery smh you got it though, next time Ill order from asian garden on Market street.

Great prices, good food. Absolutely loved their sweet and sour chicken and vegetable fried rice. They offer cans and bottles of soda as well. Usually pretty busy. An okay place to sit down by yourself. Probably would not recommend large groups as the main dining area is not very big. They probably do a lot more of delivering rather than dine-in. The folks behind the counter are usually busy answering the phone so just be patient and they will get to you! :-)

This place used to be good but my several last experience just proved me that they dont really care that much no more, the food is more bland and the delivery time is over an hour and the last time I ordered it took them almost two hours and I just cancelled the order. They will tell you 30-40min delivery time when they know it will take double the time, and I live 3min drive from them.

The food isnt bad. They had left some things out of our order upon delivery, but they were quick and courteous about correcting it. Their fried rice is FANTASTIC. Only real problem is, they advertise their Chow Mein as rice and noodles on their website, but there were definitely no noodles.

Good food thats always prepared well, I almost always stop in when Im in the area. A little slow at times but only because it gets busy. The soups and veggie dishes are plentiful and most come with a bunch of rice. I consistently leave very satisfied for less than a five spot.

Solid food but nothing too stand out. Surprisingly for a Chinese take out place, they have really good onion rings. Definitely the best Chinese place near Drexels campus for the price. Unlike the others. It DOESNT make you feel sick/regretful when you finish.

Dont come to this place, they put cash tax in their own packet not to the government and they gave people some elses food to others because the food is trash. We pay, we eat, we should get the food we deserve. There are so many take out restaurants nearby.

I ate here last night. I woke up feeling nauseous and vomited once already. I might have to again. I cant say for sure it was the food, but I really dont think it couldve been anything else. Overall I feel pretty healthy besides and upset stomach.
