Love 12 Degrees! Arctic swirl is the best. Pick your flavor of Italian ice and then add soft serve ice cream. Different flavors all the time in addition to their normal flavors.

The best Italian Ice! Try the 1/2 Chocolate 1/2 peanut butter cream! Im so addicted! Clean, very reasonably priced, awesome owners. Also have soft serve ice cream.

Underrated sleeper of a shop. So good. Italian ice, but soft serve is available. Get the chocolate and peanut butter half and half.
