First, I have been visiting various Coldstones for about 10 years. I pretty much order the same thing every time I go. I am very familiar with the flavors there. Employees were pleasant upon arrival. My order was slightly messed up & missing an ingredient. First thing I was told by the young lady in charge was maybe I do not know what caramel tastes like. Second thing I was told, was that the staff was inexperienced. I told her I would just contact Coldstone themselves. The third thing that was stated, was that her parents were the owners. I guess owning the ice cream parlor makes it okay to have a mediocre product. She did offer to make me a new one, eventually. At that point in the conversation, I was too annoyed & done with the excuses.

Staff was okay however its disappointing that apparently they dont sing anymore when you give a tip. Wasnt that the gimmick of Coldstone (I worked there in college at another location) I wish I could have my $1 back. The set up of this location isnt the smartest. Its very narrow and we came in the door that basically in the middle of the line when they are busy. Not very well planned out and its a newer location so I doubt they will be remodeling. Ice cream tasted good though.

Some friends and I were getting some ice cream, and the lady who served us yelled "QUIET!" while we were talking amongst ourselves at a normal volume just so that she could offer us a job position, and seemed pretty angry at us the whole time. Plus, the prices for our ice cream didnt match up with what the menu said. My friend and I, who had roughly the same order, had about a two dollar difference in our totals.

Lady who I assume was the manager screamed "Quiet!" at the line of customers who were talking amongst themselves at a normal volume just so she could tell everyone about the fact that they were hiring. Not very friendly service. Ice cream was good though. Maybe just go to another location.

Lady who waited on me was very unfriendly. I asked for a lower calorie version of a frappe and she said there were not any. After looking on the cold stone site, I seen many low calorie drinks that she should have told me about. I will never go back there again.

Normally Cold Stone employees are not so fast and cheerful. These employees were so nice with smiles to spare and the long line moved quickly. I highly recommend this Cold Stone, plus you can get Rocky Mountain Chocolate to go! Yum!

The ice cream is very good. Prices are a little bit high, but not unreasonable for good quality ice cream. I dont understand why they moved. New location out of sight (out of mind) and inconvenient to get to.

Staff is very attentive and they have my favorite caramel Rocky Mountain apples. Unfortunately theyre not always fresh and the one I got today was terrible old. For $6, one would expect them to be fresher.

While definitely on the pricier side of ice cream places, it is a nice occasional indulgence. Their mudslide is a good balance of the flavors and the actual ice cream is solid by itself.

Worst location. Email coupon specifically said one per customer. We had FOUR customers. Staff did not care and would not take the coupon a second time. Cold Stone owes me $5.
