This place is unprofessional.. will never shop there again. The young lady and I use the term lady loosely. Tried to get the managers name because of an experience that I had earlier and she declined to give it.. her words were the manager ask that you come up to the ice cream to get their name??? Who drives up to Stonecrest mall to get a name??? For all she knew I could have been wanting to sing her praises.. But since they will not give the managers name without you being there at the establishment what a waste of time.. I was needing it to complain but I will do what they asked go up at get the name.. express my concerns and then never shop there again. Brusters didnt make it there with a bad attitude and if they keep it up with poor customer service Cherry will not make it either. Will continue to go to conyers and get Brusters or Cold stone...

Got there about 9:30 the sign says they close at 10 but the side window was closed, so we were standing there trying to get the attention of the young lady sweeping inside and she looks directly at us more than once and goes right back sweeping without acknowledging us. So we were assuming that they must be closed but the young lady was incredibly rude so we decided to voice our displeasure thats when another employee came from the back to see what the problem was so we told her and she informed us that they are in fact still open. To our disbelief the other young lady looked us in the face then told her coworker that she didnt see us and went right back to sweeping. We did still order ice cream but we were not happy with the service at all.

Brianna is the reason I WILL NEVER buy another scoop of ice cream at Cherrys. She is the Most pathetic and horrible manager that I have ever encounter. My wife, son and I literally go to this place 3-4 times a month. At times if I remember, I have my ice cream card punched. Today, I wanted to redeem my free ice cream and so did my wife (who has her own card) and Brianna told us that we are only allowed to redeem one free ice cream as a family. This is the most ridiculous and utterly foolish thing Ive ever heard. Brianna has poorly represented Cherrys ice cream and because of her actions, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SCOOP OF ICE CREAM here, ever again.

Customer service sucks. Went to get some ice cream for mothers day and after spending 31.57 I get waffle cones that are broken. I ask the guy for different cones and the suppose to be manager cones over not to ask me whats wrong but to open the window, walk away and starts to talk crap about all the customers and myself. Then I ask the young man for the number to the store and he walks to the black then she yells Damn what the hell else do she wants he say the number she thens around to me and say I so you going to call to talk to me tomorrow cause Im the boss. I looked at her and laughed and still never go my cones switched. I will never go here again.

Worst place ever. Wish they would fire their entire staff. Ask for a dirt sundae n they have no gummy worms. Ask for strawberry ice cream and they wait for me to get to the window and say they ran out. Asked for a turtle sundae and they completely forgot about it. And it didnt help they were going extremely slow. Like I said worst place ever.

The pina colada freeze is awesome. The young lady gave some of the best service ever. She was pleasant and answered all my questions with a genuine smile. She was baking waffle cones and had the area smelling oh so sweet.

I enjoyed their chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. The only thing I had to worry about were the flying visitors outside. Other than that, I got what I wanted and was happy.
