I went too basking robbin around 4 :00 am the only place that was open near me that I could get a smoothie. When I pulled up too the speaker to order I asked the lady to please hold so that I could look over their menu. The lady on the speaker said with an attitude" there are cars behind you" so now that Im feeling rushed I just ordered the mango banana smoothie . I pull to the window, she took my card swiped it and minutes later came back with my mango smoothie. I tasted it an it was nasty , I didnt like it at all so I asked could she trade it for a strawberry banana smoothie and she told me "No " and said "thats what you ask for " . I told her that I didnt like it and she said "well I dont know what to tell you " so I politely asked he to give me my money back. She asked for my card . I hand it too her, she snatches it out of my hand. Swipe it and handed me a receipts back. On the receipt had her name Samantha F. She was an Caucasian big heavy set lady. The worst customer service I have ever experience in my life . I dont understand how shes even employed. Rude , nasty. And its been 5 days my money from the transaction she made for the smoothie has not returned to my card yet . I love Baskin Robbins . But after that type of service I do not feel comfortable going back to the one on candler Rd across the street from South DeKalb Mall. Thanks a lot Samantha F.

This just happened to me its July 25, 2017 8:49 pm. The guy working didnt have a name tag, but he did have on the drive thru headset, I have No idea what the name is but he has Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!! I walked in and waited for the guy to help the woman in front of me and her two girls, when he got done with her he just walked off. Not one word was spoken to me, he just walked away. So I stood there for a min and when he didnt come back I walked out. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN, THEY HIRE THE WORST PEOPLE WITH HORRIBLE ATTITUDES!!

Just bought an ice cream cake. Freezer burnt. Totally inedible. The box has a plastic film so that you can see the cake on one side. It looked fine. The side that I couldnt see was iced over. I tried to cut off apiece and eat it. Nope, tasted horrible. The cake part was even slightly stale and hard. Just terrible. $21.99. I will attempt to return this cake tomorrow.

This place is a Dunkin Donuts connected to a Baskin-Robbins and they are truly 24/7. I love that this location is open 24/7 because there are several places that arent. They are very generous and appreciate their customers. I believe the Dunkin Donuts is independently owned. Donuts are always great.

Ordered an ice cream cake, and it was completely wrong. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! They did the writing wrong, the cake looked inappropriate, and they left off the cake toppers. Told me they forgot them, but I could go to Publix to buy my own... Only would offer me a $10 refund...

Horrible customer service! The cashiers are extremely rude, I think its a requirement to work there. They are always out of something - waffle cones, brownies, flavor of the month,...napkins. Hello .... order supplies. Will not go back there again.
