Worst experience ever today! My 10 year old daughter was DENIED a cup of ice cream for her birthday because the "e-mail" account used for the on-line coupon was not in her name...REALLY! We are a family of 5 and when we visit this location (in McDonough) it usually is no less than $30-$35 dollars for ice-cream. I must be out-of-my-mind! Only because my wife and kids like the ice cream am I willing to pay their prices. To deny a child ice cream on her birthday because of an e-mail account, my wife set up for ALL of us, does not make sense. We have done the birthday ice-cream trip for the last few years...but no more. I guess if my 5 year old and my 8 year old want to get the CUP of ice cream on their birthday they too need an e-mail account in their own personal names....NOT!!!! Such ridiculous policy for a child. I hope they read this and change their policy, if not...at least I put it out there for others to fore warned.

The ice cream is sooo good here, there is no doubt about that. I use to be a frequent customer after going to the movies because they literally have the best ice cream in town; however, I am disappointed in the amount of ice cream they give you. I was kind of okay paying high prices for ice cream because in past years they gave you a lot, but now they are stingy with how much ice cream and the amount of "mix ins" they give you. I had to ask for double servings in order to get the amount they use to put in. I dont know if they thought the public wouldnt notice, but its been such a huge decrease (WITH THE SAME PRICES) thats it COMPLETELY obvious. Again, the staff is polite, the ice cream is amazing, but the quantity does not match what youre paying for.

The other night, a worker named Damion was extremely rude to me. He saw me come in, but instead of him helping me, he turned around and went to the back. Another girl had to stop what she was doing and help me. The boy, Damion, checked me out, but he had a manner of not caring and was rude the whole time. And then, I asked him what time the place closes and he gave me a weird look and said 9:30. But as I waited outside, I saw that they didnt close until 10. If I was the owner, I would fire that worker named Damion. He was rude and I had a bad experience there because of him.

We had a bad experience today. We went in there around 10:15 pm and ordered two once cream. We set down at table and few min after one employee come and ask us to leave because they are closing in 5 min. What kind of customer service is this? I never had such type of experience in any of other franchises. Employee usually wait until customer finish their dinner or desert. We are not only one knocked out of the store, there were 5 to 6 customers asked to leave. We could have ordered order second as well but instead of asking they asked us to leave.

My husband and I have been here quite a few times including to pick up pre-ordered birthday cakes. The cakes can be pricey but so far have been totally worth the cost!!! Everything has been SO GOOD!!! It is one couple that own and operate the store and they are super friendly and helpful! We have never had a bad experience or bad service here and will continue to support this location!

Hands down the best ice cream you will ever eat (with unlimited mix-ins like chocolate chips, Oreos, M&Ms, gummy bears-you name it) ...unless you were in elementary school in the 80s, and you were able to get that Mickey Mouse bar on Friday. Staff is good. This place can get busy on a hot summer night so be prepared to wait.

Too expensive for the amount of ice cream you get ( no matter the unlimited topping they give you). The concept is pretty much like Cold Stone where you choose your flavor and they mix in your choice of toppingson a marble stone. Customer service is lacking. The ice cream is delicious but not worth it.

This place has terrible customer service; The worker named Damon was very rude. I tasted 3 different ice creams and chose one and he stated upon making my order " we have a no return policy" I was very disturbed by the comment and felt unwelcome and will not be returning

My experiences with three marble slabs stores in three states have been wonderful. Personality, Professional Service and Taste. Ice cream to your liking all the add on or add ins. Mixed on a cold marble slab .My personal sweet cream and swiss chocolate mixed.

If you count calories...yeah...not the place for you. If you instead want to inundate yourself in sweet creamy insanity...then have fun. Flavors galore, mix-ins galore, waffle bowls with all sorts of toppings. Definitely a stop if youre in the mood for a desert.

I know that going out to buy Ice Cream is going to be expensive but wow... I think it came to around 15 dollars for 2 mediums. I can buy a few gallons of Mayfield for that. Service was friendly and quick but the prices are outrageous. Skip if you can.

The Girl and I went there and the place is nice but the ice cream was ok. I ordered a brownie Sundae. The ice Cream was ok. The Brownie was horrible had no taste at all. The GF wasnt happy either with here choice and couldnt finish it.

They were very rude ! The manager was rude and very disrespectful ! There was hair in my sisters ice cream and the manager was disrespectful about replacing it ! We didnt get a refund neither ! Very horrible ! Will NEVER go back.

We got there an hour before it closed and they refused to make us milkshakes because they did not want to clean the blender again. The staff is incompetent and lazy. I hope God blesses them with more motivation in life.

The ice cream here is good and unique since you can mix flavors but its not really worth waiting in line for 20 minutes to get it. I dont go here often but when I do waiting like that is the norm.

I love their ice cream & cake. So delicious. The managers and their staff are nice and sweet just like their ice cream. :-) Definitely highly recommended if you love fresh ice cream.

Service was great and you dont have to pay for the extra stuff to mix in. Offer military discount. Great flavors similar to Cold Stones. Definitely a good place to take the family

Best ice cream in town! Hope they never close and they stay open until 10 on weekends which is pretty nice for ice cream shop.
