Decided to visit today to try the ice cream of course. The counter staff and guys making the ice cream were wonderful. I would have visited again until I had a run in with who I found out later was the owner. Im standing in front of the glass watching my roll creation come to live with a sort of small space between myself and the glass here come this excessively rude woman walking right in front of me. She did not open her mouth to say excuse me or anything. Her friends were following in tow. The woman behind her stopped and looked at me as if she knew what just happened was wrong. I stepped back a few steps and motioned the other two to walk in front of me. They could have all walked behind me from the beginning. They all sat at the table next to me and still the lady said nothing just chatting it up with her friends. I go to leave the place and look at the photos on the wall on my way out. Low and behold the rude woman is in the photo, so I asked the manager if the lady at the table was the lady in the photo and of course she was the owner. If this is how she treats customers she will not have to worry about me spending my money there again. I will drive further to find another rolled ice cream shoppe. Owners need to understand that customers are the reason why they are in business and being rude and snobbish is going to run customers away. Today was my first and last time visiting this place.

I have been to snowy rolls many times and I have enjoyed it a lot. The ice cream amazing but Im afraid not with all the flavors. A while back, 4 months maybe, me, my brother, and a friend all went to snowy rolls. I decided I was going to try the flavor "original" so I had not enjoyed that much so my friend ate most of it. When we arrived home I had thrown up. So had my friend but 5 times worse and my brother didnt throw up because he had not had any of the "original" flavor. I was so disappointed when this happened because it changed my perspective of snowy rolls.

The entrance to this place could be tricky but once you spot the location, theres no missing. Being invited and explained how ice cream rolls were invented, this allows consumers skip the drive to Duluth or or locations. The flavors are great, the whole milk and their added toppings could trick chemistry as it could lie to your tongue. The staff help you identify what could be potentially your taste resonance without the upselling aspect, and that is a PLUS.

Not only did it taste great, but it was fun to watch them make it. Cost me $22 for two regulars and two smalls. I felt that was a good deal for the amount you got in each cup. It was more than enough for us. Plus you get three toppings and whip cream and sauce is free.

Good price, spent $19 for 3 regular cups plus they all came with 3 toppings whip cream and a sauce. Worth the price when compared to cold stone or marble slab. Made fresh when your order so was well worth it!!!

Had no flavor to the ice cream . My mom took two bites and threw it in the trash . Too expensive . My mom will never take me to get ice cream again . Thanks snowy rolls, should have gone to Cold Stone .

Good Concept, but they put the additions on top. Instead, I wish they would have rolled it in with the ice cream. Interesting to watch being made, but expensive.

Delicious! Its fun to watch them roll the ice cream. Fresh fruits, candy, cookies and other toppings. They sell bubble teas and fresh fruit smoothies.

Thai ice cream is a cool food trend and this place specializes in it. Try their blueberry ice cream if you can! Delicious and reasonably priced.
