Ordered an online order was suppose to be delivered in 15 to 20 mins after it being another 20 mins (so 40 mins) I call up there to find out whats going on and was told there was an issue with the deliver they couldnt find my location! Well for one why wasnt I contacted? Was no one gonna give me a call to tell me it was delayed? I asked when it was gonna be here and if they would take anything off because at this point it was already double the time it was suppose to be! I was told they would take off 6 dollars which is half the order and that it would be here in 10 mins! 30 mins go by and he finally shows up! Said the total pride gave him a $20 now mind you after they took off the 6 my total was 6 dollars! This guy takes the money and says thank you and goes to start handing the food and says oh were you wanting change? Umm of course I was wanting my change back cause I surely wasnt tipping you 14 dollars for my pizza being and an hour and a half late!!!!! Not to mention I had to microwave the pizza just to eat it!!! Not happy at all! Wont be ordering there anymore

Good pizza but very slow service. Ordered a pizza from here for pickup and was told 20 minutes. When I arrvied they had not even started making it. No apology, just "Were really busy". Well then why did you tell me 20 minutes? Ended up standing there for another 15-20 minutes waiting on my pizza to be made. This is above average pizza, but if youre in a hurry go somewhere else.

Excellent service and food is delicious! They screwed up my order once but had a great attitude about it and quickly got things fixed--even offered me breadsticks for my trouble. I wasnt going to bother with a review thinking this is how things should be--however I had quite the opposite experience at the Hamilton Donatos, so I thought Id share my good experience here.

Was sitting for 15 min before bein noticed we were in restaurant. Waited more than twenty additional before getting our pizza. Granted this is a store that is never busy. Must be lazy management and employees. So disappointing.

The food was excellent and the dining room was pretty nice but the servers did not check On us after we ordered I had to get up and go get my own order.

Pizza delivered in worse shape than the pizza delivery in the digornio commercial. Tipped the delivery guy very well too.. what a joke.

Excellent edge to edge pepperoni pizzas! Ive always eat in at this place and the waiters are fantastic and very kind! Try eating in!
