Went last night with family (party of around 20 people--including 3 kids, an infant, and an elderly couple). While half of the group was ordering pizza for our table, the remainder decided to get the table set up. We were approached by an employee that was sent by the manager and told us we couldnt save the seats until our whole party was there (they were, just half in line, and the other half wanting to sit down). Apparently there is a policy that states all in a party must stand in line, even though there is a sign that CLEARLY states "Please seat yourselves". Weve been there with a larger party before and sat on the patio without an issue, so we were all taken back by this comment--especially since: 1) this was a first time for some in our party 2) our party alone had a pretty hefty tab 3) it wasnt a packed out house and there was PLENTY of seating. I can guarantee most in our party wont be back. Other than this issue typically the pizza is ok and the patio is nice. I would say customer service needs polishing up on, as this isnt the only pizza place in town or place to enjoy a patio on a nice spring day.

Small menus, basic but limited selection of food. A few beers in tap including a couple of craft beers. Inside was clean and quiet and not to crowded or busy. You walk in, grab a manue off the wall, and order at the register. They will being the food to the table. Sitting outside wasnt the greatest idea. The day was ungodly hot but on top of that the out door area is along a main road. The sound of the traffic driving by was pretty annoying, especially the larger trucks, extremely noisy. Other than that food was good, and the staff checked up occasionally to see if we wanted anything else. Seems to be a place to catch the Atlanta United games, I intend to try that out soon.

The pizza was good as well as the calzone. I was surprised to see the health score declining although the establishment hasnt been open very long. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the ice machine and brought it to the attention of one of the staff. She assured me that she would clean it but it was untouched when I left. She explained that it was hard to clean due to the design. I will give it another chance later because I liked the pizza but Im hoping that the score will have improved upon my next visit.

Ive been going to another OZ location for well over 13 yrs now however I work in the Fayetteville area and went here due to convenience. I wont be coming back. My first experience was me getting majorly shorted the cheese for two Hercules slices. Second experience I ordered extra cheese in my calzone(undercooked by the way) and didnt get it, even though I was charged for it. As I stated I been Ordering the same thing every time at one of the other locations for years and I felt it was purposely done both times.

Really great atmosphere! The patio dining was wonderful. Pizza was a bit over done but overall the meal great. My husband had a slice of the Hercules abs a Ceasar salad. The dressing was excellent as was his slice. The Italian sausage was spicy and delicious. I ordered the market salad which had scrumptious tangy vinegarette. The one downside to tonights meal was the loud unruly children.

For a Saturday afternoon the place was busy but there was no wait for a table. We ordered a large Hercules (all meat pie) which was not too salty. The crust balanced chewy and pillowy nicely but was missing a hint of smokiness/char. An Orpheus IPA was on tap which was also nice. The servers were constantly checking on us because we ate slowly but overall a nice first experience!!

Love this place its the closest I have come to NewYork style pizza in the south. The crust is the perfect mix of chewy and crunchy. The sauce, omg the sauce is perfection. Bonus for us, its within walking distance from our house, so we can injoy a nice cold brew to. I would definitely recommend it weather you are a local or just traveling through town.

Pizza was good. We got the Hercules...my husband loved it but it was way too spicy for me so I didnt have much. Personal preference although I dont think of pizza bring spicy so that was a jolt. The crust was perfect. Went early on a Friday not busy at all. Less spicy option I would go again.

It was horrible. I asked if they could make my pizza a certain way they said ok. But when it came to me it was not and when I said this is not right they got attitude and looked like I did something wrong. I was upset and got a refund and left. Be careful if you go there who you deal with

Oz pizza seems VERY SPOTTY with the food & asking for something like getting your sandwich cut into quarters is to taxing for there staff ! Very disappointed in the service I have received on multiple occasions & I will never be back ! Go elsewhere unless you like poor service !

Cool setting with a great set of staff. Wish there was more than just pizza and salad. Wings and more variety of drinks instead of soda, these additions would of been grrrreat. Other than this, this is the best pizza in the area, in my opinion. How about yours?

Since this place is new we wanted to try it. Staff seemed like they didnt want to be there and our pizza was soaked it grease. After I soaked up the grease with a napkin, pizza did taste good. Loved the patio. Overall a little underwhelming though.

I absolutely love being there. They have wonderful employees, one in particular who is always on the register, is just a joy to see. They give me such great service. The food is magnificent. I recommend everybody to go and eat there.

Love the atmosphere, employees, lunch prices, and best of all the pizza! Not typically a fan of thin crust/NY style pizza, but I love coming here, its a great local pizza joint. Large slices, 2 fills me up, and I eat a lot.

I am a HUGE fan of the Oz in Fairburn. I was super stoked when they opened one in Fayetteville, just down the road from my familys home. The food is great, but still not quite as good as the original Fairburn location.

Great pizza, great location, and the morning staff are some of the friendliest people out of Fayettevilles restaurant scene. I love going here for lunch! Cant wait for another Mack slice, or chicken Caesar salad!

Great pizza. Come get the Mack or the Hercules. Hercules has a slight spicy kick that makes it awesomely different than your normal pizza. Must try!

Worst pizza I have ever had. Not enough pepperoni on the pizza, and I ask for extra crispy.....not Krispy at all, extremely soggy and greasy.

The pizza is awesome and the staff is extremely friendly. Its a great place to grab a quick lunch or bring the family for dinner!
