TL, DR: I am a huge fan. Great for families and people of all ages dine in or take out. The restaurant: is a fun and friendly environment. Staff is always very nice, well kept, and provides great accommodating service. The employees are very young (I would guess high school/ college age)- which I love! You can tell there is some great leadership teaching kids the RIGHT way to do things and treat people. The employees really take the concept into their own hands and run the show. It is set up like an assembly line and you go down the line picking the ingredients you want on your pizza. After youre done your pizza is wood fired for just a couple minutes and then it is ready to enjoy! If youre taking it to go, they will put it in a pizza box. If youre eating there they will give it to you on a big metal plate. The food: is delicious and there are a ton of options. They offer two sauces white and red. I always get the white sauce and pile on the meat, cheese, and veggies. They have things like fresh basil, mushrooms, grilled or raw onion, italian sausage, pepperoni (duh), banana peppers, and way more. I seem to get a different combination every time and have never been disappointed. You are also able to get BBQ sauce or pesto after the bake (or before if you wanted but I always get it after). Also the sea salt will take your pizza to the next level- get it! Nutrition: These people actually know what they are talking about when it comes to gluten free. Too many times you go somewhere that offers these options and they are not well versed on what that actually means. Blaze has trained their employees to handle allergies with care and they have a separate line for people who want a gluten free meal. If you have an allergy I have seen them be very accommodating for customers- and they are always always gracious about it. This place gives good, fast, quality service and they do not cut corners.

Wish I could give them zero stars! We used to go to the Mason, OH store at least once per week; thought it was the best place for a quick tasty pizza. Now, we surely will not lose any sleep over not going there. The staff show no signs of urgency, and they dont know if it is double stamp day or not (or what it means for that matter). We could be the first ones in line with no pizza order ahead of us, and still all of our pizzas come out burnt. And they box them up burnt while you watch them cut it and hand it to you like everything is perfect! Wrong! Maybe someone was on break, but on one visit the poor cashier had to run the register, cook the pizzas, cut them, AND box them up. So needless to say we had to ask for a re-cook (at which point, we got "the look of disgust" complete with eyes rolling, from the girl with 10 duties). The owner gladly re-made our pizzas, but by that time a huge crowd was already underway having their pizzas made and cooked. So . . . of course what turned out to be a quick stop became a long long wait. We gave them a couple more chances to redeem themselves, but similar situations (burnt pizzas from not being attended to in the oven) kept reoccurring. So, no thank you Blaze, we dont want to contact you to talk about this. Oh, and one more thing, we never ever get the double flames on the specified days. Sick and tired of being sick and tired of getting the shaft from Blaze. There are too many other competing pizza places that we can go to instead of wasting our money on a big disappointment at Blaze.

We tried Blaze 2 Sundays ago for the first time for dinner and had excellent pizzas. I spent the last two weeks telling everyone how good it was. Tonight (Sunday again) was a mess. We ordered online--same pizzas plus a salad. When spouse arrived for pickup, the place was busy again. He waited 15 minutes for the pizzas to be cooked--no problem, the place was busy. But when he arrived home, the pizzas were very overdone--the crusts were burned and the cheese had been so overcooked it was glazed to the crust. The veggie that was SO good last time had ONE TINY PIECE of zucchini on the entire pizza! And there werent nearly as many of the other veggies as last time. The pizza was very tough and dry, except where the sauce dollops were, but overall tasted burned. The chicken barbecue pizza that my husband got was so burned it tasted charred instead of sweet. And the salad that we ordered never arrived--he said the salad bin had been empty when he arrived so he assumed they were out (like they were the first time we were there) but couldnt even inquire because he couldnt get anyones attention. Unfortunately, my credit cared was charged for it and for the past hour no one at the store will pick up the phone. Very disappointed!!!

The food was really good, but the service was awful. First we had what looked to be black specs in our cup and asked for a different one, the manager takes said cup and scoops it out with his finger and said "there ya go"...... really? I asked as politely as I could for a different one, then as my family and I are eating the people called out that your food is ready repeated times so that you can get it out of their way, well in the same sense rushing you so you can grab it like this gentleman did. The hot pan burnt his finger. I overheard him talking to the manager and said " dont you think you guys should have a sign that says pans will be hot or provide something to pick the pans up with". The manager then picks up the pan in a sarcastic manner and says doesnt feel hot to me and puts it down...... great customer service there big guy. I hope he sues you.

This is my first time at this restaurant and it will be my last. First my husband s pizza was dropped on the floor and they had to remake it. I completely understand mistakes happen, I work with the public I understand. We got there at 9:20pm my husband didnt get his food until 20 till. We knew what time they closed and was getting ready to leave. The guy that dropped one of our pizzas came to our table and told us they close in 2 min. I deal with the public everyday we have a time we close as well. However you never ever are supposed to go to a customers table and tell them you close in 2 min. I will never eat at this restaurant again.

Everyone was very nice and professional, and patient with my husbands pizza. He has very strict dietary restrictions. But, some other man took my husbands pizza thinking it was his. The kid expediting the food told me that he took the pizza but I didnt realize that he had actually took it and touched it. I thought he realized it before he walked off with it. When I got home after a 30 minute drive I realized he did touch it, because one of the pieces had been pulled away. I wish the kid had told me that. I ended up throwing it away. I know it was partly my fault, but I paid for it and my husband didnt get to eat it.
