The slowest service Ive experienced at any BW3s. we went on a Sunday with only a few other tables in the restaurant and still waited much longer than necessary to have our order taken. After our food was delivered we never saw our server again. We went 20 minutes with empty drinks and ended up asking another server to get refills. When we were finished eating we sat at our table with empty plates, our server still nowhere in sight, until another employee asked us if we needed our bill and fetched our server for us. Needless to say we wont need to return here again.

I have always liked BW3 restaurants, and the Greenville, Ohio location is as good or better than other. My experience is they provide good service at a reasonable price. Sometimes though the young people they have as servers all spend too much time all talking instead of serving the customer. I give only 4 stars because if this. This isn’t a fast food restaurant, don’t expect those prices or fast food. It’s good food at reasonable prices and speed.

Ive never seen so many people incapable of caring about their jobs. No acknowledgement, friendliness, or gratuity of any kind. Dont even bother ordering online unless you want to stand at the counter while the other servers stare at you from 12 feet away cleaning tables.

last time went at around 3pm on a thursday with my daughter and our wings were dried out and had hardly no sauce on them was very disappointed after spending $25 usally get good service but also had waitress spill my pepsi on me so all around just bad

Foods great. Service is great. But i cant really feel good about spending 60 bucks in wings and an order of wedges and drinks. I know chicke s inexpensive so I disagree with pricing. But love the sauces. Salt and vinegar dry rub is heaven.

This is by far the nicest bdubs Ive been to. Food still sucks, still serve for in cardboard containers. But atmosphere is beyond nice. Food quality and price are the only reason I give this 3 stars.
