Awful, I ask for brown rice and the guy working says 10 minutes. 10 minutes rolls around and another customer asks when the brown rice will be done and the man says another 15 minutes. I had enough waiting and went to skyline. Absolutely ridiculous this is chipotle, its suppose to be quick and easy. Every time I go to this chipotle I have a bad experience with slow service or being out of food. My chipotle at home is 10x better than this place. Not to mention the ingredients dont taste as fresh and that doesnt make sense because they are always so busy, so new food should be put out all the time. The reason I wrote this is because Ive had enough. I love chipotle and its one of my favorite place to grab a quick bite, but the one in Oxford is always bad and I suggest not going.

Inconsistent quality, 40-minute wait times, staff has no sense of urgency during a rush. Online orders almost never ready on time, and then you have to wait 10+ minutes in a line to get them. Staff also does not follow instructions fully when processing an online order (e.g., ask for light sour cream and burrito is covered in it). I once placed an online order two hours in advance, only to find when I got to the store that they were out of three of the seven ingredients for my burrito when I came to pick it up. Tables are often dirty, and they tend to run out of simple things like tortillas and even rice. The only reason people eat here is that its the only Chipotle in a 20-mile radius.

This is your standard Chipotle. If youve been to one before, you know that the aesthetic is purposefully a deterrent in order to get more customers through the facility. Otherwise, the food is very good and if you order extra ingredients (other than the meat of course) then you can get a good deal of food for your money. Ive only ever had one or two meals here that were not satisfactory.

Worst chipotle. Always out of ingredients, bowls, even chips. Writing this as I am waiting in line while wait on more chicken. They also never wipe down the tables. I just watched a family go ask for a towel to clean up sour cream that was all over a table top. They said they would get it for them... and they have been hovering over the table for 5 minutes now waiting. Sad.

Walked in a full 15 minutes after opening. Would have had to wait if I wanted chorizo, had to wait on barbacoa. Then had to wait even longer if I wanted the fajitas materials. Finally found out guacamole was not ready. Worst experience Ive ever had in a Chipotle. But the staff was friendly

Terrible service. I placed an order online 45 minutes in advance and still was stuck waiting 45 minutes more to finally get my food. Absolutely unacceptable for a fast food chain! Ive never seen a more poorly managed restaurant.

Just got carryout at 630 on a Friday. The place was PIGGED dirty, and no employee was attempting to clean it. Garbage everywhere, all tables dirty. Not a good impression.
