I wish there was a way to give negative stars for the service we received yesterday. We checked in and were told it would be a 20-25 minute wait. After 40 minutes we were told there were 3 groups ahead of us. After an hour they said it would be another half hour and its a computer issue. We were getting ready to walk out when we were then told a table was open. We shouldve left when we had the chance. The food was either cold, overcooked, or totally bland. With all of the recent store and restaurant closings in Columbus Im afraid that Cantina Laredo is probably working its way to be next. This used to be a great place to visit but with the poor service and food quality I dont see them staying in business.

I go here a lot with my family we love the food but unfortunately over the last several months it has gone down hill FAST ....the biggest issue seems to be they are understaffed ....the servers take way too long to meet our needs from taking our order to re filling our drinks....one recently complained themself that they were overwhelmed .....& a few of the staff are unqualified to be waiting tables....Ive had them multiple times and they continually screw up mine or someone in my families order ....I pay too much at this restaurant to be dealing with this ....I will not be coming back as often...Perhaps new management is in order ....

my all-time fave Mexican Restaurant Chain! after eating Cantina Laredos free salsas/guac and drinking even just CLs house margaritas, it will be very difficult to enjoy what other Mexican places pass off as salsa, guac, and margs! Cantina serves the best plate of Carnitas Ive ever had, everyone who Ive FORCED to order them as well has loved them, too! my little sister is a vegetarian and she always gets the Veggie Fajitas or the Enchilada Avocado! every time the service is great - but my personal favorite servers are Justin and James! the two of them are the nicest of guys!!

"Food wasnt great and cheese looked liked cheese whiz" - another google reviewer. i must agree - my fajita was literally grilled chicken on a bed of grilled onions, zero flavor. the "queso dip" wow, ive had better cheese from a can. bad rice, bad beans, i just am in shock at how underwhelming this place is for the price. we got our food delivered by door dash. i cant tell why this restuarant has 4 stars on google by the food alone, the atmosphere and margaritas in house must just override food quality. sorry CL i wont be returning.

Usually great service. Tonight had to wait 20 minutes to get a drink and chips, then had to wait to order. Ordered a second drink had to wait again. Finally got up to find the manager, found a guy putting silverware on tables, he said to give him a minute and he would find the manager. If this was my first time there I would never return.

Great up-scale casual atmosphere, prompt service, and uniquely crafted meals. Their chips and salsa are excellent. The indoor/outdoor patio area is great in the spring and fall (with the giant windows open) and usable during the winter and summer (with the windows closed). Dont be afraid to try something different!

I tentatively ordered the ceviche at my last visit. It was kick-ass. The first time I went, I got the ahi tacos. They were kick-ass. They have interesting, good cocktails, which are unfortunately expensive. Their salsa is amazing, as is the tableside-made guacomole, and the queso dip.

We ordered through door dash, delivery by Door Dash fast but food from cantina laredo was luke warm to cold with very little flavoring.. and they screwed up the order. I would caution those who order this to have it delivered as it wont be as fresh as if they had brought to table.

I went with a group last Saturday. The service was excellent. The ambiance was nice, white table clothes too. The food was less than average, way overpriced. The gaucamole is the best thing on the menu. The margaritas are also only average. Skip this place and go to Chile Verde.

It claims to be gourmet Mexican food but dont be fooled. The food is amazing but the price is definitely not gourmet. We had a great lunch with some of the best Mexican food Ive had in the city. Rockwell, our waiter, was funny and attentive. This place is totally worth it.

The combination fajitas for lunch were good. The chicken needed a little help but the pan was hot enough that I could brown them a little more. The two salsas were exceptional, especially the hot one which was served warm. Overall, it was a good experience.

This is a must visit place, because of the drink specials and chip + salsa! You can easily fill up on the chips and drinks while ordering happy hour specials on the appetizer. The entrees are dynamite, therefore you cant go wrong with any choices.

Not great. Half our food came out, then it was a good 10 minutes before the rest of the food made it out. Then some of the food was cold. They were nice about adjusting the bill, but overall taste and quality just is not there.

Food was not great and severely lacking in taste. Very limited options for vegetarians and price was much more than I was expecting (even for an upscale resturant). The redeeming factor was their salsa which was amazing.

This place is really expensive considering its your average Mexican cuisine. The guacamole is made right in front of you which is fun to watch, but its not very flavorful. Theres definitely better restaurants in the area.

Terrible food my 3 children didnt even want to eat their food. Taco bell is better quality than this. Waited a hour for food and before we got our food was asked if we saved room for desert. We will not be returning.

The margaritas were plentiful and delicious, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and food that Id ordered ( fish tacos ) were awesome. I would highly recommend this to a friend
