One of the most disappointing dinners I have had. Mushroom soup came cold and had to be returned. Duck breast was okay but all the accompaniments were over salted. The side order of the brussels sprouts was also over salted. The people I was with also commented on the chiefs heavy hand with salt. The apple crisp was laced with so many different herbs (rosemary for one) that it totally distracted from the apples. I would be hard pressed to return to what was touted in the Metropolitan Section of the NY Times as Excellent. I gave it one star only because you have to give it a star to get your comment posted.

Really enjoyed having dinner here. The atmosphere was nice and the food was delicious. The soup was tasty and the pasta was cooked very well (al dente). I wish the servings were a little larger for the cost.

We visited during Hudson Valley restaurant week, and while some of the dishes were delicious, others were uninspiring. The servers were attentive and felt welcoming.

Best Restaurant in town. Michael White has transformed this restaurant into a true fine-dining restaurant. Service can still use a bit of an uplift.
