TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!!! Service, the people working there were TERRIBLE. The restaurant was DIRTY and NO would clean anything after repeated complaints about food left on tables and old eggs on the floor - no one cleaned any of it up. One of the women behind the counter was COMPLETELY RUDE & NOT HELPFUL!!! After all this they said they would refund my money for the cost of my meal that I didnt even eat because of the nightmare that took place. 3 WEEKS LATER & STILL NO REFUND - AFTER MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS to the manager. I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Restaurants/managers should know better now - with places to write reviews on YELP & Google etc...

Worst Cosi Ive ever been to. The other locations have a certain flair, but this one is just drab, reflected most noticeably by the surly, incompetent staff. On our last meal there - on a Sunday morning - a surly female cashier took our order, then the food took an inordinantly long time to come, and even then there were mistakes in the order! This will be our last visit, needless to say. Its probably only a matter of time before this location closes, hopefully to be replaced by a venue where the owner takes enough pride in his work to pay for decent staffing.

This place is really good. Good food, good prices and quick. The staff had great customer service. The only thing was one item (rice and beans) seemed old, it was hard to chew. We opted not to tell them, only because they already did a few other things for us (they didnt realize that they were out of tofu, when i ordered it, and they gladly replaced it with Tuna with no upcharge. My mom ordered decaf coffee, they didnt have any brewed and offered to make the decaf americano espresso version. So great customer service.

I wanted to take a break from my long drive along 15 and this location was pretty ideal; its located very close to the highway. Decent service but the best part about this place is the amount of seating space, and in particular, the tables right next to the windows. I camped here for a good couple of hours and got some excellent work done! The music is a little loud and annoying though.

My family and I had a great experience here last Monday. The service was wonderful and the food was typical Cosi good. I particularly noticed that folks were very nice and attentive, to the point where I was surprised by how pleasant everyone was. I dont frequent this area often, but if I were driving through here I around definitely stop by here again for a meal.

Horrible service. Manager (I think) have attitude and rather than addressing the concern, he started arguing. Food quality liked it the first time I came here and after that it has been on decline. I will never come here again. Avoid it all cost if you are looking for good food or good experience.

I found the food quality the same as other Cosis but the staff is extremely weak and the place was filthy when i was there. Litter all over the floor and the person cleaning tables just seemed to be wiping dirt around with a dry cloth.

Sometimes this place is really busy. There are lots of times when it is quiet and a great place to meet people. When its busy the service can feel rushed. The food is good and healthy. The portions are a good size.

I had to return a sandwich 3 times. Finally they got it right but it took 20 minutes. The reason is nobody could speak english that morning. Not one person, how can you run a resturant that way in North Stamford.
