I am an avid Taco Bell customer. Trust me. I eat there every week like I go to church on Sundays, and Im a Mormon. This Taco Bell is probably the worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to. The workers dont care about you at all. They are slow and lazy. They just talk and talk to people who are waiting for food instead of making other peoples food. Also, Ive been through the drive through maybe 10-15 times and each time was a ridiculous wait for a Taco Bell. The worst wait time was 25 minutes. The manager felt so bad that he gave us a couple of free large drinks, which was nice. And I could understand if it was once or twice, things happen. But every time isnt acceptable for a FAST food chain restaurant. Also, one time I walked in and they asked me a name for the order and I said "Do Clay" and when they called my order they shouted "Order for Duclay!" Hahahah!

After waiting 24 min at 2pm and watching them put out orders before min and making double orders I asked for my money back because I was on lunch the person in the back with the dreadlocks said we dont care about you being late going back to work . Of o could I would give them a zero for customer service.

Well first off i dont hate this place i love taco bell ....but everytime i order at this particular location, they screw it up EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! It seems like all the fast food joints down branch ave. are filled with a bunch of people who either cant read or cant listen.

If i can give it a 0 i would. The bathrooms are dirty, the tables are not clean, sauce packets everywhere, the burrito i ordered was sloppy and just saucy no meat. I went to go get a soda and ice and sticky soda is everywhere. And the workers have the meanest attitude

I go here all the time because it is the closest to my house but this Taco Bell is probably the worst Ive ever been to. The drive thru is ridiculously slow and workers always seem agitated with a nasty attitude. Prepare to spend at least 30 mins here.

DO NOT GO HERE! Went there for a taco after a long day and it took forever for the order taker to answer me at the speaker, even longer for me to get my food, it was messy with sour cream everywhere, and it made me sick to my stomach! Beware.

Got stuck in the drive thru for over thirty minutes. Once I reached the window not only was my order wrong but the employees were unapologetic and showed no urgency or care. Very unprofessional & poorly staffed.

Well, Its Taco Bell. Not much to say. Its Mexican food. Its fast. Its cheap. Good thing is, theyre open till 2 AM Sun-Thurs and 3 on Fri and Sat, so when youre out late and theres no McDonalds, you can go there.

I love taco bell, but this one the past 3 times the freezie machine does not work! And sometimes my cinnabon bites are over cooked. The staff should not be on the phone on the line in front of customers.
