Ill be not a lot of Chick-fil-A. But this one the arrogance of the cashiers , the time it took to actually get your order was way too long. With those two factors the customers actually look like a bunch of Nomads. Beautiful shopping center nice looking store relatively clean PG County Police Department outside and eating inside the restaurant, customer sitting at the front door in the parking lot in their car throwing trash out the parking lot and the PG County police came and do anything about it. People want to work no wonder life certain other people have problems in this world. Its public disrespect and disrespect for themselves thats causing all the problems comma Chick-fil-A ought to launch a campaign on how to have public respect for one another including their stores and other businesses that are there for them. Chick-fil-A has one of the best employee attitude programs Ive ever seen and I commend you on that but that still needs to be fixed.

It was my 2nd visit this week. The 1st visit was using the drive-through and took longer then I expected as there were no other cars waiting and I was only getting grilled wraps which are pre prepared. There was an on usually long wait time just to take my order. Today I chose to go inside and the wait was even longer. There was only one cashier, with a line of 10 patrons (5 waiting for placed orders and 5 waiting to order) . I dont eat their food and only went for my daughter, so I cant give any information on that; however, the service is extremely slow. This location means to better schedule its employees to meet the demands of its customers.

So this is a review I never thought Id have to make but, here it goes. This particular Chick-Fil-A is the one used in training videos of how NOT to do it. Now to their credit yes my order was taken promptly and yes they were nice but when there is only one ahead of you and your both waiting about 7 minutes thats unacceptable. The food was typical for the chain but a 7 minute wait with no one else in the restaurant is pretty bad. Food... Great, Service... Meh, Speed... Go to anywhere else. Hopefully this was a one time thing and if so Ill update my review.

The employees are friendly and this place is always busy. However, my fries tasted hard as if they had been sitting for too long and then were reheated and then sat some more. Hopefully that makes sense. My order is frequently incorrect. Granted if I come here Im usually ordering for 4 people, so maybe this increases my chances of order confusion. This is the closest Chick Fil A to me, otherwise I would go to a different location.

Rude young staff. Girl said I ordered a number 8 and I said I ordered a number 2. She then read off my order correctly saying a number 2. I nodded and she rolled her eyes this was a simple miscommunication (I use to work at a CFA the attitude was unnecessary.) She said number 8 instead of 2 and then acts as if im the one in the wrong. As well as this locations minis are always dry even if you get extra butter they are dry.

First Chick-fil-A Ive been to where they have: (1) Someone taking your order;...drive up... (2) Someone repeating your order and taking your payment;...drive up... (3) Someone giving you your change and/or receipt; ...drive up.... (4) Someone handing you your food, but your not at the window just yet >>>>and your off on you merry way! LOVED THE CONCEPT AND EXECUTION! Made my Christmas shopping breaktime go smoothly.

this is the slowest drive through i have ever been in. they confuse my order so many time. the worst thing about it the store owner know nothing about running a business. he has so many workers standing around doing nothing. i will never go back. this is the worst chic fil a ever

We ordered salads and wraps didnt receive ranch dressing for either. Im on oxygen so its not easy for me to come back. I dont prepare my meals and when we spend $$$$ we expect to get what we pay for. I requested no blue cheese in my market salad so I had to pick it out.

Ive definitely been to a more organized professional chik-fil-a. But they are alright for a quick fix. Remember to ALWAYS check your bag before pulling off. They rarely get orders all the way right, whether it be sauce or just putting a napkin or fork in the bag.

This Chick-fil-A never fails to disappoint the kids working there are just as polite courteous and respectful as the other Chick-fil-As around .... just because its in an urban area doesnt mean the kids working there dont have a good work ethic and values!

The drive through is always fine. But going in is where I have an issue. The staff is not as friendly, or helpful. They are very rude and immature, Theres more folks working and its super slow! Food is always good, but stop being stingy with the pickles!

The staff is so awesome, maybe it has to do with the culture of Chick-fil-A. The restaurant stays fairly clean for the amount of traffic that is received. And as busy as they are you always get your food done right and fast. Love this place!
