Absolutely love this place. Even more after today. I usually order from my Chick-fil-A mobile app, pay, and then check in when I pull into one of the designated mobile curbside pickup spaces. Today both spaces were taken so I parked two cars down but figuring they had my car color/description, there wouldnt be an issue. After waiting a considerable amount of time and still no food, I phoned them and explained I had been waiting for quite some time and still had not been served. The manager could not have been more responsive. He brought the food out, apologized, and explained the runner had accidentally given the order to one of the other people. He not only was considerate in his handling of the situation, he also gave me a free meal to come in and get at my convenience and told me to have a blessed day. The food was great and the service even better. I would definitely recommend them!

Getting slower and slower in the morning..not lile it used to be. I asked the manager when he took my order how long it would be because i had been in line for over 5 minutes,watched him take 4 other orders and there were 7 people waiting for food and not one meal delivered in that time... No longer a fadt place for breakfast. Way under staffed (half the staff they used to have)

I absolutely love this Chick Fil A I have been going here since it opened. I havent ever had a bad experience. The staff are all so kind and friendly. A lot of them even know me by my name at this point. I go here quite a couple times a month, maybe even a week at that. The food is always fresh and served as fast as possible. I love Chick Fil A and La Plata Chick Fil A rocks!!

One of the most efficiently run fast food restaurants in the country. Service is alacritive, place is clean and well kept, the food is always hot (or cold) and in good condition. Sometimes the drive through lines are impossible, but Chick-fil-A does their best to keep the congestion to a minimum. This place is great.

Chik-fil-A sets a standard for the DMV area that very few fast food joints can keep up with. This one has a play area that is well kept. This is a great place to meet some people while your rugrats run out their energy. The food is always spot on and fresh unlike some other fast food chains.

We have been here several times before. But family night was awesome..great service..sit down dine in feeling with fast prompt food. Loved the getting my refills and taking my trash away...definitly rate high!

Very friendly, great food, no issues. Play area is always clean and sanitized. Wish parents would read the play area sign cause I have seen older kids in it, and had issues with them with my 5 or old.
