There was a reasonably long line today (12:37 on a thursday), but the employees were fast and courteous. The black guy who helped me was excellent, and the woman cashiering was funny and fast at the same time. One of many excellent experiences I have had here.

Business owners please tell your employees to stop addressing customers as: boss, champ, chief, etc. Nothing puts me in a bad mood quicker than someone i dont know yelling out: what can i get you boss! The did was fine though.

went there last week. extremely clean with enough staff to provide good service. had bmt with lots of veggies. even though middle of afternoon, veggies very crispy and cold. will go again.
