Ordered lunch ahead online for a co-worker and myself. Got there and asked if our food was ready, but was told it was not. Ended up waiting 30 min before asking again about our food (which I assumed was going to be ready once I walked in since I ordered ahead online). When I asked a second time, our sandwiches were ready and sitting off to the side. I thanked them and almost walked out of the door before realizing that the sandwiches were cold. I walked back in asking them to quick warm up our sandwiches, and was told that they would have to re-make them. So I waited another 15 min for them to re-make the sandwiches, and they never did. The worker asked if I just wanted a refund of our order, and I felt like I had to say yes. Waited another 10 min for someone to help me with a refund because only the manager knew how to do that I guess. Ended up going to Subway right after, and I got my food in 2 min. Do not waste your time with Which Wich.

Ordered through UberEats and was not impressed, but not disappointed. The flavors are good, the ingredients decent, and menu expansive for an acceptable price. The black bean lettuce-wich was a mess to eat (understandably as lettuce is not as nice as a load of bread) as it was very wet from water on the leaves. This water soaked through the foil, the paper wrapper, and into the take out bag. The black bean patty is quite salty. The pesto sauce is good. Id order again, but dont expect the "Freaky Fast" service and delivery of a Jimmy Johns.

Okay, not meant to be speedy in the ilk of Jimmy Johns but Ive waited an average of 20 mins on three visits. This is certainly not due to complexity of the order or busy rush hours. Employees barely acknowledge waiting customers; isnt rule number one at this type of business to separate the customer from their dollar immediately so they dont leave? Either poorly managed, run, staffed, or some combination of all three. Unfortunately will drive further to enjoy my new favorite sub shop.

Desperately needs new management. Orders placed online are routinely wrong and not ready when promised. Last time I went, I waited half an hour after promise time—food still wasnt ready. Came back 15 minutes later, and all the staff was gone and another customer was banging on the counter trying to get help. I never got my food, but they kept my money.

My order was wrong (it was still delicious) but service was horrible. My sandwhich was basically slammed on the counter when given to me. The lady didnt even give eye contact and no smile and gave a remark with complete attitude when I came in to tell them the order I was there for. Bad first impression, but the food was good.

Delicious sandwiches. But wow. Worlds slowest sandwich every time. I dont understand why, it should be faster than subway since your order is already set for them to make right??? Are they baking the bread for my sandwich and killing the meat before they make it?! 20 minute sandwich

Great food but horrible service. Just waited 25 minutes to get the wrong order. 5 people who ordered behind us had their food before us as well. All of the orders were mixed up and family members received their orders while others hadnt. Very frustrating.

Stopped into their store today in Golden Valley, waited the normal 5-10 minutes ans what do you know, they couldnt find my order. This was after they asked me if I wanted it on wheat or white bread. Sitting at Davannis now and they were able to serve.

Definitely great sandwiches. The bread has the perfect balance of crisp exterior and soft interior. Tons of ingredients to choose from, and the quality is excrement. The only downside is the wait: I waited 20 minutes for a sub today.

Worst Which Wich experience EVER. Had it delivered. My chips werent in the bag, my sandwich was missing tomatoes, had the wrong mayo, had the wrong onions and had SALT ADDED. GROSS. I emailed them and have yet to receive a response.

Slow service, waited over 20 min for my sub. Also, I wanted a turkeywich and didnt get coleslaw or thousand island dressing on my sub. Go to the MG one. Way better! Hopefully they can get this one under control!

I would love this place if it had new management. Poor and SLOW service. Not enough "bags" to order with and Ive never been in and out under 20 minutes. This is based off many visits over the course of 4 years

Locked the store and shut off the lights fifteen minutes before closing. If you want to close at 7:45, dont list your store as open until 8. I drove fifteen minutes to get here, for the last time.
