The serving size here was perfect in my opinion. Bread to meat ratio was adequate, but Id ask for more cheese in the future. I got an Italian sammich and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwich was warm and crunchy, but not burnt, the inside of the dough was perfectly chewy. The soup has carrots and broccoli pieces cooked to tender perfection. It filled me up perfectly with even a bite to spare, but I am a 52, 113 lb female, so take that into account. The restaurant is clean and I lived sitting on the patio just watching cars go by. They werent very busy at 1740 in the evening, which made the line quick and easy to navigate. The staff quickly answered my questions and gave me excellent recommendations. They do not offer a military discount, which stinks since thats the only reason Im in the City any ways, but they also dont accept tips. Overall great, quick, easy, yummy experience!!

I tried a Mediterranean for the first time, and the friendly employee Michael, took my order and told me of the options. I chose flatbread, hummus, chicken, roasted peppers, cucumber, and added spinach, and requested no onion or dressings. It was beautifully made and delicious. I needed a knife and fork near the end because it fell apart. The chicken is really juicy so if you get one of these, take care to eat over the tray. I rarely eat out but would definitely come back for another Mediterranean on flatbread. A great experience, thanks Potbelly and thanks Michael!

Potbelly is one of the better sandwich chains around. Ive always been pleased with my sandwich orders. However, they seem to really shine with their cookies and shakes. Definitely get a cookie or shake next you go as they are excellent.

Good, hot sandwiches. Good service at this location. They occasionally have some live music, but its not distracting. Parking lot is pretty small and shared with other places in the strip mall so its a bit hectic sometimes.

Sandwich was decent. Service was there. Soup was horrible and restaraunt was a mess @ 3:00 PM. Their soup (sriracha black bean) had more kidney beans then black beans and I couldnt finish it due to the flavor situation.

Not coming here again. I brought my sandwich back because the bread was burnt and crumbly, and the 2nd time wasnt much better. The food is disappointing and the employees and store do not look clean and professional.

Just left, they were fast , accurate and friendly. I let them know when of the sodas was flat at the machine and they came out right away to fix it. Also todays live singer 5/13/17 at 115pm was AMAZING
