I usually go to the one on College Blvd and now itll stay that way. From the moment I walked in, I knew it wasnt going to be good! The service was terrible!! The girl who made my sandwich had the biggest attitude Ive ever seen! When I ordered she seemed so annoyed and gave me a whopping side of attitude when I said I wanted to add extra chicken before she put it through the toaster. She never said thank you or asked if I needed anything else. Seemed like she hated her job!! The cashier never asked if my order was for here or to-go and tried to charge me for extra toppings that I never asked for? I had to ask for a bag and she didnt even put my food in the bag for me. No crackers or a spoon with my soup and no napkins. Then both girls go on talking about random drama happening at work while Im standing right there and working so slow at finishing up my order. The food was okay. I accidentally added peppers and they were so hot! My mouth was burning!

Not good. Mgr did not know soups of the day. The person making sandwiches asked me if my bread was to be toasted? I said no, I dont like toast. She told me its no good unless you toast it. I said I dont like toast and she made an awful face and saidvits no good that way and she wasnt kidding. Then the worst part, the guy that rang up the order sneezed while packaging our good to go. He didnt have gloves on and then went back to filling up some kind of container without washing his hands. I couldnt believe it!!!! I will never go back. Jimmy Johns for me. And they had some guy playing a guitar in a fast food place and you couldnt hear anything.

Food is great. I would rate higher but this place is an engineering nightmare. Every customer bottle necks in the front, and then you have to push your way back through the line to get to the seating area. Not designed well at all.

While the food was decent, the staff absolutely ruined my experience taking over 15min to make a salad, asking me what my order was over and over, then giving me the wrong order. I will not be going back.

I stopped going here several times before hand. I really enjoyed the last two times Ive been there. The Italian style sub is delicious, the sandwiches are perfectly toasted. Great flavor. Dont miss it.
