The Eden Prairie store has been awesome...helping me understand the process, and making sure I am getting my reward points!! I really enjoy picking my ingredients, and being able to take as much time as I want because I know Im not holding up the line! Additionally, this store is giving back to the community with the Project PB&J program...I buy a PB&J, and the store donates 2 PB&Js to a food shelter!!! Also, I can choose to eat my PB&J or I can donate that one too!!! I really dig the project. The sandwiches are great too. This place has vegan options, vegetarian options, and meat lover options....cant go wrong with that!! I do believe this is my new fave!!!

Sandwiches are good here with lots of variety. Although staff keeps changing every month it seems! Some are friendly while some are ignorant and consumed in their own world at times.. Hot sandwiches are not quite hot and I wonder whats their definition of it? Customers can do lots of customization with their sandwiches, though some newbies in the kitchen might mix unwanted veggies and stuff like that, so please be specific! Overall Id say theyve good menu, though quality & service isnt consistent and could definitely be improved.

How can you make a sandwich better? And if you are a vegetarian, like me, most of the sandwich shops suck because they think they can just add cheese to it and make it vegetarian. Not true. Which Wich has 5 vegetarian sandwiches!!! all of them just awesome. And when you visit the Eden Pririe Which Wich, you not only get awesome sandwich but also get awesome and friendly staff to treat you well. My order was perfect - the house chips were to die for. Definitely going again.

They have turned into a company that only cares about making money. Theyre chips have been made corporate and taste nothing like the house made, they are terrible in comparision. They skimp on ingredients including totally taking off adding chips to your sandwich or giving you veges barely thiker than a razor, which cost you more and saves them pennies. You are better off paying less and buying from "jimmy johns" or "Erberts and Gerberts".

Hands down best Sami in EP! I will however say that I would like to rate the process a one star. Takes way too long. If you look at the successful down the line type business I think of Chipotle and Subway. Boom bang boom, you pay and youre done! Not here. Reading the order off of a bag is just way too time consuming. I would say simplify options and go subway style and I promise you wont loose clients, and increase your lunch sales.

Good sandwiches but everytime I go in and itd not even busy they take 15 minutes to get my order done. I understand training but I have places to go it shouldnt take that long. Love the place but this location is just awful to go get it if you can order ahead I suggest that highly! 2 stars only because the sandwich is still good but the service is awful.

Great food. Also, the manager here was hiring a new kid while I was there and he was AWESOME with the kid. The new employee was young, shy, and inexperienced and the manager met him on his level but remained professional. I know its not the review everyone will care about but I really feel that it is important to teach teens good skills in that way.

Took my kids for dinner and we were three of five people in the place. Sandwiches took forever to come out, although they were brought out to our table, along with tokens for the kids to get candy after their meal. Maybe Im just used to the speed at Jimmy Johns, but it made me wonder what the lunch time wait was like

Wanted to try something new so went there...there was no crowd...so thought i will get the sandwich immediately...but even though they a lot of options to add on your sandwich..they are sooooooooooooo slow...it took them half an hour for two sandwiches..which wer good but coz of the service it gets 3 stars

Delicious toasted sandwiches. The way that they make you fill out your own sandwich bag is very cute, and helps to ensure accuracy in ordering. The prices are good for the quality of the food. Which Wich is a little slower than Subway or Jimmy Johns but its worth it.

Good but slow. The choices are great and its a great concept. Been to a few in town and it is consistently the slowest of the sandwich type places. If youre looking for a quick place, this franchise aint it. If you want something different, give it a try.

Went in for a sandwich. Have never been there before but will never go back! From the time I ordered to the time I got my sandwich it took 18 minutes! And it wasnt even busy. That is ridiculous for just a sandwich. Unacceptable.

Ordered a lettuce wrap, big mistate. Nobody knew what to do as it sat there for 15 minutes. Everyone in my group was done eating before it was ready. Last tI me I make that mistake.

Best sandwich shop in town. Try my favorite: chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, bleu cheese, spinach, crispy onion straws, roasted red peppers, hot pepper mix (optional), garlic, and mayo.
