Their food is usually hot and good BUT they are atrocious at getting your order correct. Today it was the wrong kind of chicken fries and unwanted mayonnaise on an original chicken sandwich despite having it specified that it was unwanted. Mother also said her hamburger was cold, so I guess it isnt always hot. The 3 star is my overall score after years of subpar service and unfriendly servers. (At least as far as the drive though is concerned.) It isnt always the case, sometimes the workers are nice and the food has never made me sick, so it could be worse.

Let me just start by saying I love BK. Just not this one. I would have given 0 stars if it were an option. Our burgers were cold and our fries were overly salted to the point where they were bitter. Also cold. There is no changing station in the mens bathroom so my husband cant change our kids and I have to every time. The dining room is always a mess even when it is not that busy. NEVER AGAIN.

This working is like many Here in iowa. They offer a decent amount of food for cheap price. Ofcourse they do this by paying minimum wage and having a staff comprised of mostly high schoolers But they do have a quick drive through time of about 1 minute 20 seconds. Since the food is basically just thrown together its not always the greatest what is a decent value.

The food wad ok. The floor had onion rings and spilt milk where.people walk. Not.clean been in there in this last week lines of people waiting to be helped. This company knew tbe McDonalds wad gpimg out of business for some time knew they would need more help, they did not very slow help. Many people went elsewhere. Not so great in rate department.

Easily the worst burger king in the world. Not even worth one star. When I rolled through after work not only were my sandwiches wrong they also had old dried up pieces of meat on them. The help is always yelling at each other and swearing during the day when I go in there. I waited 20 minutes for three cheeseburgers. What a bunch of rejects.

Stopped in for lunch at around 12:15pm and ordered the 5 for $4 meal. It would be a stretch to say the burger was warm, and the cheese wasnt melted at all on it. Surprised something popular wouldnt be hot and ready for prime time lunch time. Everything else in that meal was good.

Very dirty, food and drinks spilled, tables not clean during a non busy time. All condiments and straws lids etc out of stock. Waited to have our order taken while employees talked. Terrible service. The employees were not respectful.

Every time I go through the drive-thru; they always mess up my order, they are very slow in the cooking process, and there are some very rude workers there that you can obviously tell hate their job and dont want to be at work.
