Was told wait would be 40 minutes but was pleased to be seated within 10-15. During this time we viewed the menu. It went downhill after that. It was atleast 5 minutes before our waitress showed up to greet us. She was quick to take our drink order and started to take off before we could order an appetizer and also our meals since wed known what we wanted. The onion rings and fried pickles were a hit. The dishes piled up at the end of the table until a waiter cleared them away. My daughter felt something scratch her back and found a fork stuck in her seat. We didnt see our waitress again until the food was delivered. When the food came 2 cheeseburgers that were suppose to be done came medium and cold. Kids meatballs and my steakhouse sandwich were also cold. The "bottom-less" steak fries is a joke. You get more on your plate at a time ordering a small fry from McDonalds. Atleast my 5 fries came scolding hot though. Our waitress didnt come back around again until our food was mostly gone. Didnt ask if we needed drink refills, instead asked if we needed more fries! I said no, just our checks and a few to go boxes (self.checkout at table wasnt wirking), We told her one of the burgers and a drink was on one check and the rest on another. She took both cards but ran both checks on one card. Ill be checking ti make sure we werent charged multiple times. Im very sure that this waitress had no other tables as we could see all areas from our table and could see all the other servers running around but never ours. As a waitress myself, I didnt feel she deserved more than 10%, and she only got that because I always tip. I gave the rest if her 10% to the gentleman who bused her table for us.

Red Robin is consistently awesome. Ive been going to Red Robin since I was a kid. My dad used to take me to the original one in the University District in Seattle and the burgers are still as excellent as I remember them being when I was young. I am a butcher and was a chef before that and have had access to some of the best food in the country. I consider myself a "burger aficionado" and am one of those snobs that prefers grass-finished beef. When I leave a Red Robin, I am always happy with my meal. No complaints, no "well this could have been better." The burgers are always done right.and the fries are always perfect. Also, my wife managed a Red Robin and she still loves them. That says something. They take care of their employees and promote a positive work environment. She has mostly good things to say about working there and actually looks back on that time fondly. No matter where they are, you can count on the food being of the same quality and you can count on getting attentive, friendly service. Weve moved around the country a bit over the past few years and have always tried to find a Red Robin wherever we are. I guess its a little bit of home for us. So, we were happy to find this one and we were not let down in any respect. Thanks for being our new Red Robin.

I went to the Red Robin in Shoreview, MN today for lunch with my two kids. My son found an eyelash on the plate that he was given for an appetizer. Our waitress was very inattentive, and was nowhere to be found. We had to tell the hostess to get another plate for my son. She said that the manager would be over to talk with us shortly, but nobody ever came. We had to wait forever for our waitress to take our order in the first place, and my son and I finally received our food after another long wait. My daughters food finally arrived about a half hour after we got our food. At that point, we were already done with our food, and had to wait for her to eat her food. The food was okay, but definitely not worth the $50.00 that we paid for it. Overall, this was probably the worst customer service experience that Ive ever had in a restaurant. I wouldnt recommend going here.

We have had pretty good experiences in the past at this particular location, but we dont come out that often because the wait is always so long and Imo, the burgers are just as good at Culvers or Five Guys. Anyways, we received a Red Robin gift card for Christmas so we waited it out for our table. When we finally sat down our server was so rude it was actually shocking. He wouldnt even let us respond to his questions (pink or no pink? Fries?). He actually just cut us off and ordered for us. We waited 30 minutes for our food. My burger was not cooked through. Our server never checked on us, brought a refill, or brought us a check. I never saw a manager on the floor. We both worked in the service industry for years and even owned a bar. I have nothing but empathy for a busy server. But this staff appeared to just not care- at all. I will not be back.

The fruit cup for kids (I have twin first graders) was in a tiny bowl the size they used to provide a side of dressing. Way to small for even a 2-year old appetite. The portion size of Mac and cheese was too small for my 35-pound daughter. My twins bugged me incessantly to play the game console they place on the table. For this annoyance alone i wont return. My tortilla soup was not good. No half-and-half for my tea without finding the waitress and asking. Then it was 2 one-ounce containers for 2 cups. The turkey burger was ok, not great. The value of the adult portions is terrible if you weigh more than 70 pounds. Same goes for the kids menu.

Overall, our food was good. Our waitress on the other hand was not very good. She just dropped our food off and went to the kitchen. Our table was equipped with a call waiter buzzer...Once we pushed the button, weve waited for about 5 minutes for her to come back to the dining room floor. Once she came to the floor she helped the other 3 tables she had prior to coming back to us. We put in the request for a dip, we received our death and then our waitress disappeared again. We have now been finished with our food for approximately 15 minutes and still waiting for her to come out to give us the check.

The food is awesome. Weve always gotten great service. There is one particular young lady who was our server once, who I always wish is our server whenever we go back, I feel terrible that I cant remember her name. She was the most attentive server Ive ever come across in my life and Ive had dinner at a few very expensive restaurants. Anyway, customer satisfaction seems to be important at this Red Robin and its the only "technically" fast food restaurant that I enjoy eating at. I make jokes with my fiance about how Id like to hire their chefs and have them live with us. LOL

Arrived after first rush around 7:30 on a Friday and found it still very busy. Decided to sit at the bar to watch a game. Bartender was full of energy. We ordered tap beer which was frosty cold and ordered two burgers. I ordered the "Whiskey River BBQ" and my wife ordered the "Royal Red Robin". We both give them two thumbs up. The meals came relatively fast considering how busy it was. They did bring us out a basket of fries to tide us over til the burgers came. We do recommend Red Robin to anyone looking for a delicious gourmet burger and bottomless fries to boot.
