My first time ever to eat at this restaurant chain, and Ill never go back to this particular one. Credit where credit is due, the food was very good- However, I walked in with a coupon and when I was still 15 feet away from the counter, the man behind the counter starts yelling and waving "not coupon here, that is other San Leandro. NO COUPON! No, not here- other one!" My friend said, "okay, she still wants what is on the coupon." He yells again "no coupon. no coupon." Fine, I dont think he takes coupons. I would suggest he take a course in customer relations before he runs off any more business.

The BBQ chicken was reall juicy and tender, they served a good portion at a reasonable price. The macaroni salad was quite tasty, as well.
