Ate there last night. The bill for two including tip was $35. We did purchase a side of Pork Fried Rice, which is amazingly tasty, and it came with a small, but very good miso soup. Then we added one more bowl of miso. We had the small soup and rice as an appetizer to share, but this would have been enough to fill us up on its own. So, we took the rest to-go. Then came our soups... my mouth is starting to water just thinking about it. My favorite soup is either the thin-sliced beef or fried chicken soup with a curry base. I love adding spicy chili oil to the soup too! The bowls are delicious. The services is normally perfectly fine. Yesterday, however, the seater kind of came across the wrong way when I came in to check if our number was called, as we were waiting outside and didnt hear her. Nevertheless, I didnt hear her or anything else for that matter while I was devouring that great Ramen noodle soup. So, in the end, I will continue eating there and sharing the place with my friends and family.

I had the spicy beef ramen. The broth was flavorful without having too much heat. There were about six large chunks of lean beef, plenty for this size portion of noodles. I was used to seeing ramen noodles that are more square in shape, but the noodles in my bowl were round like spaghetti noodles. The noodles were nicely firm with good chew. I would order this again. My wife had ramen with the thousand layer fried beef. The beef is thinly sliced, stacked, battered, then deep fried and served separately from the ramen. It was a lot darker and uglier than pictured. My wife would not order this again.

Ajisen is a popular chain of Japanese Ramen. Its quite pouplar and they do have a lot of side orders. The ambiance is also modern and clean. I just dont find the ramen broth itself as tasty as other places, but their menu offers a wide variety to choose from. Some other ramen places focus on one to three types of broth. Ajisen offers a lot more variety. You can also enjoy non-ramen dishes here, so if youre not craving ramen but your companions want some, then you should be fine here. They have lots to offer!

The food was good but the service needs work. I waited longer for my change than the time it took me to eat. The guy who messed that up didnt even come apologize. He sent another waitress over to do it. I probably wont come back to this place since there are good ramen spots everywhere that at least know how to own up to their mistakes.

Its not your top-notch, authentic Japanese stock, and will have that particular tang to its flavor which you get in less-great ramen broths. : However, the ramen here is pretty consistent, the service is efficient, and the prices are okay for what you get. This chain store is actually pretty well-established in SoCal (for some reason).

Favorite ramen place to date, and it has been years! Premium pork is my personal fav, hearty servings, attentive staff, and a clean restroom (one shared for the whole restaurant, so there is occasionally a small line.) Free 2hr parking in the plaza. Top notch!

Oh my gosh! This is the place with probably the best Ramen Ever! Its super authentic, fast, and the service is amazing! I will definitely be back! This place and a Ramen place in Escondido are definitely on my top two places to eat ramen!

They have renew the menus for little bit. Usually the menu has several non pork & non beef ramens, but the recent menu has only seafood and fried chicken.But they have more varieties of ramens and non ramens.

Ive gone to kopan ramen witch is essentially the 2nd best ramen place in orange county according to the OC weekly and this place in my opinion blows it out of the water. I recon the volcano ramen! Delicious!

Roaches Roaches Roaches you can even see pictures on Yelp. Also cops having lunch had a roach fall from the cealing.. And all they did for them was moved them. NEVER AGAIN..
