Im a big pizza hut fan, but this place is ridiculous. Im only judging them on their ability to deliver a pizza: Ive ordered twice from them and both times Ive been called by the driver 6-8 times with him not being able to find my place. The first time the pizza arrived 2 hours late and cold, only being delivered after the original driver returned to the store and a competent one came. The second time, they refused to deliver the pizza because it was taking over an hour and told me I should come pick it up instead. If your delivery guy cant find a massive apartment complex that any GPS or google search can, its time to fire him.

First of all I wish I could choose a ZERO star. I got time my order very late last week and I got an email after from Pizza Hut Survey to say sorry for that and you will get a free pizza with providing a code , so I called the Redwood City store and at beginning one person answere the phone who barely could understand english so she transferred me to the sheff manager and she was so rude and could not help me and she hong up the phone on me. I will never order from this store. I hope the store manager and the head manger can do something on this matter since it is not right to Hang up the phone on the customers.

My friend and I were shopping in the financial district area and craved pizza so we just came to satisfy our cravings.Pizza offers pizza by the slice only 3 options--cheese, pepperoni, and mushroom and also by the box small, medium, large with more options and toppings available.I mean the pizza here was good and we definitely satisfied our pizza cravings and I would come again but I wouldnt say that the pizza here was SUPER out of the ordinary or anything.To say the least, I think the pizza here is worth the price paid.

I usually order from local pizza places but Pizza Hut is usually a good pizza for an unbelievable price. Screw ordering from this one. The person on the phone spoke nearly incoherently and had to relay everything i said right back to me. When i asked for a special i saw advertised on tv, they said i could only order it online. When i went to order it online, the website says this location wasnt accepting internet orders. This review isnt a knock on Pizza Hut, just this location. To Papa Johns it is!

The pizza takes an hour and 30 minutes to arrive, I will entragaron the cold and inedible. They call to claim q said the apology would send another pizza which took another hour and a half to get and to top pedi and I arrived Hawaiian pizza with pepperoni pizza.

I wish i could give this place 0 stars. It is the worst place to go get a pizza. The customer service is terrible and the manager is extreemly rude even when they are the ones that messed up. Nobody should ever go to this location i hope it gets shut down or they get a whole new team.

They’re good, service is great but they don’t open at 10am, 11am only, you have to call the day before or at 9 am the day of, or 50 mins prior, to ask the manager, and they will make them for you. Thanks! Norilyn

This is a take out/delivery location only. There is no seating here. Pizza hut has gone down a long way. The pizza doesnt seem to be cooked like it used to be, everything always feels undercooked.
