Overcharged me $5 and told me they werent giving receipts. Your employees are deliberately ripping people off. It was 1:05 am this evening. Normally they get my order wrong here. And this is the second time I have been ripped off. Call-in taco Bell cooperate. Stay away from here if you can. Literally the worst fast food experiences of my life here.

The food and service was good! The only problem with this visit was one of the employees left some sort of a razor blade on my tray. Luckily I found it before my daughter did. I returned to an employee and he said "oh sorry about that" in a non caring manner.

Staff charged me almost double price than every other taco Bell. I informed them. Price was lowered....But still incorrect. I pulled up the menu price from the official site. The girl was not in the mood to discuss. We just left. Wont be going back.

Fast service and really friendly staff. The only time they ever got my order wrong the manager personally came and apologized and offered me a complimentary soda and cinnamon twists.

The drive thru is supposed to be fast. Sitting in here trapped for 30 min before even being helped is unacceptable. dont bother. youre better going to Santa Cruz than stopping here.
