Food is good i dont like how none of there sauces and choices for toppings are not labeled so we know what the options are. I get asked what i want but i dont know what half the stuff is! I barely put anything it guessing they charge for sour cream and guacamole, i guess you can have it all no charge unless extra meat, would have been good to know that as well before i spent 9$ on a tiny burrito. Waste of money id go to taco del mar and get twice as much and pay the same or less plus they actually tell you all the options of what you can add. Food taste good just make it easier to tell what i have to pay extra for and what im getting for my money, plus label your sauces so we can see what it all is and be able to decide easier instead of asking what all that stuff is and holding up a lunch line! Wont be back for a while or ever, small burrito for 9$ not worth my hard earned money

Ill start by saying I love Qdoba! I still use the original yellow rewards card because its been a long relationship! However, the Mill Creek location is disappointing and frustrating every single visit. The staff obviously doesnt have much pride in their work and things are shoddily thrown together. The taste is usually just okay, but presentation is sloppy and unacceptable. They cant even roll a burrito! When asked to rewrap (because half the filling gushed out into the foil) they just put more foil over it- not a new tortilla. I wont be returning to the Mill Creek location- Ill just make the drive to Bothell if I need it!

I was just at the qboda on the corner of bothell everett hwy and 164th in Mill Creek WA, I want to share the photos with you. It was so disgusting, trash everywhere, obviously hadnt been cleaned all day. The trash right behind the register for all to see was over piling falling on the floor with food all mixed in. Lobby tables greasy with crumbs, floors with food. If my husband and I hadnt been starving and wanting to hurry up and get home with a bad headache, for sure we would have left. Ive been in the food industry and I have been a manager, something has to be said because that will drive business away.

I live nearby and have been in multiple times, Customer service is the lowest priority here. everyone working there has attitude and clearly dislikes their job so they take it out on customers. Quality of food is very inconsistent as well, your lucky if you can go in and get quality product. Staffing needs some serious help in this location, you can tell they either dont have a manager or need a new one BAD!

Absolutely horrible customer service on a regular basis, tonight at around 9:30 pm on Saturday February 18th it was even far beyond worse. Horrible customer service, out of pics de gayo, sloped together food, their qdoba points system was down, took forever to make our food. Wow never had such bad customer service on a regular basis from a store. Management is sooo poor and staff shows it. Dont go here.

I recently discovered this place and love the burritos. However, I attempted to get a burrito and they turned me away at 10pm when they dont close till 10:30. The exact excuse was "we dont want to make anymore tonight, so goodbye." Worst customer service Ive had in a while. I wont be coming to the Mill Creek location ever again! Might not come to Qudoba ever again after this treatment.

Best post workout eats in Mill Creek. Staff is courteous, and most importantly, generous on portions. If you bout dat Gainsville life, these guys make sure dat burrito weighs in at 2lbs. Brotein synthesis is hard to beat, combining beans, chicken, rice, and dat guac, no extra charge. You lookin at $8.57, post tax brah. Get it

I love Qdoba. I always get a bean burrito (no meat, no cheese) but at this particular location in Mill Creek, they were REALLY STINGY with the rice, beans and lettuce! How cheap can they be? I was still hungry after eating. I will stick to the Qdoba on Everett Mall Way where service is better.

This is my favorite location and the staff here rock!! They gladly accommodate me when I ask for 3 scoops of the habenero sauce. I wish I knew here name, but theres usually a tall girl with long brown hair and she is always so sweet and helpful.

Love their burritos and nachos! Food is always warm and fresh! Employees are friendly too. They stay on top of keeping the establishment clean which is nice. Definitely prefer this Qdoba to the one in Everett.
