While the food tastes good, I highly doubt the general manager is actually managing what their staff is doing. If he was, I would have clean tables at all hours of the day, all condiment supplies and machines would be well stocked and in working order, there would be no dust particles on any of the surfaces, and my shoes wouldnt feel sticky on the floor when I walked. While the staff is super friendly, they seem too"comfortable" working there and are slacking on their daily duties. I hope the general manager steps up to the plate and takes up the responsibility of "properly" training the workers in this particular facility. They deserve the guidance and constructive criticism and this is why your branch is most likely lacking business. A general manager should NEVER be their workers "friends." Their job is to be a boss and guide them effectively.

I have never been to such a dirty, mismanaged KFC in my entire life. I went into this place around 8pm. It looks like no one has cleaned the dining room all day -- litter all over, overflowing trash cans, and dirty tables and chairs. No lids for drinks, and napkins were all over the place. I was also the second person in line waiting to complain that they didnt give me what I ordered. To make things more awkward -- they take your name and money and dont give you your receipt while youre waiting for your order. With everything that was going wrong, Im glad they at least remembered I ordered something, since I had nothing to prove I did if they had forgotten about it somehow.

Worst kfc Ive ever been to! They didnt have any food cooked had to wait 20 min for them to coook it. Then our food was grease soaked like they didnt get the grease hot enough b4 cooking. The place was dirty trash over flowing and then the gave us free stale cookies for our wait. I will never come back to this hell hole ever again!

We could not find a clean table to seat at, there was no napkins, papertowels or toilet paper in their restrooms. And to top it off they confused our order completely and we had to wait 15 minutes before they fixed it. We ordered four 5dollar fill ups and they didnt even put our cookies in, so we had to ask cookies as well.

This KFC used to be my go to comfort food. Andre was the man. Ever since he left, this place went down hill. Wrong orders, spoiled chicken, no receipts, no food ready. Im done with this place. Considering contacting the health department too.

10 minute wait time for tenders every time I come here no matter the time of day. Ordered a Famous Bowl, wheres my fork? No napkins for that matter either. If they make me eat something with my hands and no fork, I want some napkins at least.

Place is supposed to open at 10. Got there at 11 they had a sign saying sorry we are opening at 11. Then a lady came up and wrote 11:30. They lost my business and a huge group they came up and left.

What a great $5 menu! Everytime I come here I order the 3 piece tenders. 3 chicken strips, mash potatoes with gravy, a biscuit, a chocolate cookie, and a large soda. Definitely cannot beat this!
