First, my family and I came from Thailand. We been here for a month, craving for Thai food. We had been to couple good thai restaurant based on yelp and google. We picked these 4 and 5 starts but so disappointed. luckily, we talked to the front desk at Hilton hotel, they recommended us this restaurant. I googled on the internet, woo! They had like very bad reviews so we were like, we just order Togo then if its good, well go back. Haha! Here are what we ordered; thai stew beef noodle( keuy-teaw-lua) dont try to pronounce it, lol. Pad Thai shrimp, somtum( papaya salad) pad see eiw steak, and large Tom kha kai soup. The food wasnt exactly the same as from Thailand but better than all thai places we went to, believe me. Almost forgot mango sticky rice, its good but the mango isnt ripe like the one we had in Thailand but I give credit to the freshness and sweet coconut sticky rice, yummy! I dont usually write reviews but I think it would be helpful for travelers or neighbors who are looking for good thai food near by their hotels or homes. ขอบคุณนะคะ อาหารอร่อยมาก

I called to place an order over the phone and asked if they would deliver to the address here in Lombard. She answered yes. I asked her how much she would charge to deliver. However, she failed to answer the question and then asked me what I wanted to order? I ordered several items for myself and my colleagues. She said that she was going to calculate to see if she can deliver because we had to order at least $35 or more for her to deliver. She added and then asked if I wanted to order desert. I answered no saying we cant order more than we can eat. Then I proceeded to order papaya salad instead, but then quickly changed my mind and order some soup. I asked her what is the tax rate they are charging us, she answered 9.95%! I said that it rather high and then said curtly said go check somewhere else and then abruptly hung up! Wow! That was some "customer service" she was putting out there. With such unschooled customer service style, I wonder how long she will stay in business. I know that she will not have mine for sure.

I came here for carry out despite the iffy reviews because it was close and also offered Thai iced coffee. The food was ready in time and tasted pretty good. HERES THE PROBLEM. The iced coffee to -go was a plastic thermos filled with warm coffee and a plastic bag filled with 2 pounds of ice cubes. I cannot rationalize the thought process of any of this. Okay, so maybe they were out of large normal plastic to go cups so the hopefully wash out someones personal water bottle and fill it with coffee. They fill it too much and forget the ice...why not pour some out?? It looked extremely sketchy. I was only brave enough to take one sip. It was extremely sweet. Everyone I shared this story with had a good laugh! Also the bathroom in the store is down a dark hallway almost impossible to see, and the forgotten dirty bathroom at the end. Yuck. Weird all around experience. I added a photo of my coffee- go look for it in the photos...its worth scrolling through for the laugh...

I have to agree with a lot of the reviews. I called to place a pick up order after hearing nothing but complements about the food. Well not only did I get hung up on but the lady, aka the "manager" (even better), was incredibly arragant and rude. Talked down to me because I wasnt properly educated on Thai food when I had some questions. I thought thats what your job was; inform and educate different cultures that are even willing to try your food. Food was pricy and just okay for that matter. Definitely not worth the price to pay for service that these people give. Referals and word of mouth is the one of the best types of advertisement. I suggest you guys get your customer service skills up to par or consider hiring someone who can run a friendly business.

Best Thai restaurant! My family and I just moved to the suburbs and weve been looking for a good Thai restaurant, since my family and I love Thai food! This restaurant is the best Thai restaurant! Im surprised by the reviews, because the food is delicious ! Theres only one waitress and shes very nice! and she actually remembers my family and I. My mom is lactose and tolerant and she remembered not to add milk to my moms smoothie, with out me having to tell her we were very impressed! The waitress was so nice enough to give us free dessert. Yes, the restaurant is empty but, I highly recommend everyone to try it out. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. Im so happy! I finally found a great Thai restaurant. Btw the smoothies are sooooo good!

I havent had Thai this good in AGES! Its totally one of those unexpected hole-in-the-wall restaurants that is really cute a quaint. The food portions are great, the pricing is very reasonable, the staff is super sweet and attentive. Im surprised more people dont know about this restaurant. The food quality is extremely fresh. Me and my friend couldnt get over how good it was. And I have NEVER had pad thai that good; usually a lot of places make it taste like they slopped old peanut butter in it, but here it was light and fresh. I could go on and on about how I was impressed with this place.

I heard so many things about this restaurant so my friends and I gave it a shot today and everything was quite good. We love the kamoo special, bameedang( BBQ pork, and the beef noodle soup were yummy. The waitress was very helpful and we loved all her suggestions. This place also offer lunch special for $6.95 of course no substitution but can't beat that price for such a good food. We definitely will be back. Still wanna try more, hopefully next time everything still be good!

the best spicy tomyum soup ever! I love spicy food and didnt really expect great thing here; ordered tomyum and the seafood noodle, I asked to get mine really spicy, yeah verry spicy. My server asked how spicy on 1-5 scales, no hesitated said 5, she again repeated 5 on both right? So the food turned out surprisingly delicious, and of course spicy which right close to the edge, well, you go to thai restaurant, must get spicy right on! the service was ok!

First off, the food here is just TOO GOOD. You also get a fair quantity for the money you pay. The staff is really warm and friendly. The restaurant is just spic and span with good ambience. Everything including dishes and silverware are neat and clean unlike some dingy restaurants out there. Some may find the place a little pricey but the lunch special is definitely worth the deal!

This place is a waste of hard earned money. Will give you burned food and the owner who is the waitress is very rude! There was a cockroach in the bathroom a few months ago and I brought it to the owners attention who did not seem to care. Will never go back but hopefully they rectified this issue before the county shuts them down.
