Called ahead so we were seated immediately by a smiling employee. I was in wheelchair and they kindly accomodated me and made sure I was comfortable. Promptly got water and ordered appetizer, lobster pizza, which was very good. Unique flavor. Cole slaw and salad came next and almost immediately our entrees so we were given new salads to take home. Husbands steak and shrimp was to his taste, perfectly cooked. My scallops were amazing and shrimp scampi was great tasting. Generous serving of wild rice and fresh broccoli along with the wonderful cheddar biscuits made it a great meal. Since it was our anniversary dinner we were surprised by a nice bowl of ice cream with whipped cream and chocolate sauce on the house. Our waitress was smiling, helpful, friendly and very attentive. Will come back again for sure.

My boyfriend and I have been to this Red Lobster a few times. The last two times we received the same server and we have had problems. She is very blunt, loud, and very unpleasing. She scolded a new employee right in front of us and also mistaken a PIECE OF HAIR in the biscuits as "cheese." She talks to customers as she is walking away and also yells from the ordering computer to clarify what we just ordered 5 minutes ago. If we decide to return, we will be definitely be asking for a different server. We have not had any problems with the other servers. As a restaurant, I love Red Lobster. Theyre food is always great, but I wish the environment was always pleasing and welcoming. I would consider going to a different location.

I had a horriable time at red lobster! worst service EVER!!!!! i made a reservation a week before my birthday on the 15 of feb. when we checked in 30 min before our reservation they told us that there will be a longer wait then expected. we ended up waiting 2 HOURS for us to get seated! and all the manager said was she couldnt do anything about it and that we could leave after waiting 2 hours!! then we waited longer then 1 hour to recieve our food and we got all our foods seperately! I will NEVER recommend this place ever!!!!

Horrible red lobster to eat at... very dirty carpet and tables.... Paula the manager is VERY rude and also had the audacity to talk on her cell phone while walking around the restaurant. Took over an hour to be seated and I was told only 15 minutes by Paula the manager.... also appeared to take a drink from a bottle near the bar while working, hence the alcholic smell on her breathe....wow!!! I will never eat here again and I will make sure none of my family or friends do either. Even the biscuits were served cold !!!

After dining at another Red Lobster in the Milwaukee area this Red Lobster in Mt. Pleasant was a pleasant experience. New facility and very clean. Greeted warmly, seated immediately, and server, Melissa, was so helpful in my request of how I wanted my seafood prepared. Melissa was prompt and personable. The wine was excellent, the salmon, scallops, and lobster tasted so good. The lighting and music were perfect. Will be back for sure.

Ate there on a Friday evening recently. It wasnt super busy yet our food came barely warm. I got the steak and rock lobster tail. My steak was over cooked and lobster tail came late and was half done. I did get comped for half the meal for overdone steak. But woke up the next morning and got sick from the food. As did my girlfriend. Wont be going to this restaurant again. Our waitress was lacking as well.

Attentive hostess and server. Seafood Trio was delicious and many choices to customize to your taste. Rather than Gurnee location, we love taking the drive from Wadsworth, IL because of the excellent experience at this location. Experience was everything I would want and more. The server asked all the right questions and the service timing of drinks, biscuits, salad and meal was smooth as silk.

We used to like going here. We had been there lots of times already. One time, we went there and all the food we ordered including the sides like fries were very salty. We had no plans of coming back. However, recently we decided to give it another try. We specifically mentioned though to go easy on the salt when we ordered. Everything came out great this time. Our server was nice too.

I have eaten at this location several times and every single time have received 5 star service. The wait is never too terribly long, most times I get seated within 5 minutes but heavy traffic times can be closer to 25 minutes. Every server I have had has been very attentive and is experienced. Great service, great food, will continue to return.

One thing understand is you never got all your food at the same time you get your soup or your salad if you get an appetizerthat should come first then you get your main course and for Red Lobster offering your special your rolls you never bring those last you bring them first bad experience and shrimp Alfredo tasted like pure oil could not

The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. I usually get great service and the food is always delicious, though just a tad overpriced. My daughter begs me to take her there for the chicken tenders from the kids menu. They are very juicy and tender, though I order something different for myself!

Excellent customer service! Waitress was amazingly friendly. The decor is so cozy and the dim lighting gave it a relaxing feel. I had the lunch special shrimp pizza w Caesar salad, and it did not disappoint!! They had alot of healthy food options to choose from. Definitely going there again.

The food and the service was great. We did not wait very long for our food or refills. Our waitress (and the rest of the staff) was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean. Very happy with our visit even though it was a Friday and they looked like they might have been a little busy.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Possibly one if the cleanest Red Lobster restaurants Ive visited. Our waiter paid paced the food delivery just right. Main entree was perfect and shrimp werent overcooked like theyd been left under the warmer too long like some restaurant.

Our waitress wss very attentive ....but that didnt help..my steak was spoiled. I wss asked if i wanted another one..Are you kidding me!. No flavor to the salad dressing and same with there signature buns.. the water and drinks were good. All in all worst red lobster ever!!!!

I went on at 2:30pm to pick up dinner and I went to the bar and met Lisa the bartender and Richard the Beverage and Hospitality Manager, they took very good care of me, I had the Lobsters Loverso Dreams and it was more than enough food and plentiful. Will be back.

Food way over priced for what portions my family got. Served us food we didnt ask for. Told us sauces came with it. Didnt tell us we had to pay for it. Crab cakes were small and flat. Lobster bisque didnt have meat in it. First and last time here.

Serves seem not to pay attention to their tables, other employees running food do not acknowledge the needs of the table they rum food too long & food coming out cold but plates are "hot"... 12 tables 6 people running around, Ridiculous.
