Took the family here for the endless Shrimp special. We succeeded in getting maybe two or three rounds. First off, let me tell you the restaurant wasnt anywhere near busy and all the tables around us received prompt and fantastic service. Our waitress on the other hand was, to put it bluntly, an idiot. Right off the bat she got our drink orders wrong. Then after waiting near 20 minutes after getting our drinks our first course was wrong. She disappeared for a good 20 minutes after that. Next round. Again, wrong. Took forever to come out too. Tried for one more round if Shrimp and asked for the check. The check showed up promptly, alas, no more Shrimp. Once again waited a minimum of 15 minutes for our waitress to emerge from whatever hole she was hiding in to take the check and run my card. I give this location two stars as weve had spectacular service in the past. Im willing to return but will not accept the waitress we had on that last visit, if shes even still employed.

I enjoyed the food but unfortunately did not enjoy the smell of the restaurant. Yes its a fish based restaurant but it smelled like old oily and fishy food, really making me want to turn around and walk out. Food tasted great until we ordered the Warm lava chocolate chip cookie. I overheard the waitress saying that it was microwaved, and unfortunately it was hard as a rock. I had to stab it with my fork and its filled with chocolate thats supposed to make the whole cookie soft and nice! BUMMER. I like the place but definetly think that they need better quality dessert and a new ventilation system.

Fast,Fast, service,Great people waiting on you,today I watch,not knowing for sure the true back ground,somehow a family man paying his bill wit a cc,and the waitress noticed the cc company had for his present bill some how added 40$ to his bill,Well they,RED LOBSTER took their time to handle this over the phone there at the resterront,and proceeded to let him kno he should go home and Recheck his past bills,WOW!!! They did not have to go that far wit a customer, and "THEY DID" so just a little more STAR POWER TO ALL STAFF AT RED LOBSTER IN ORLAND PARK ILL. HIGH 5!!!!!!

Service was the worst, I had a servant that wasnt friendly and didnt give her best or show any servitude attitude after waiting more than 30 minutes for my dinner, I ask for carry out containers, I spoke with floor mgr.was not happy about this service was my favourite now, no more my rating of this restaurant is minus 1 percent.

Im going to start this by saying I honestly enjoy Seafood but Dont go here its gross and Bland the drinks arent very good the tea sucks service isnt phenomenal if you do choose to go here complain immediately because if the Cooks discharge their Naval Base on your dinner it might add a little bit of flavor

The place was very clean,the service was excellent, we loved the waiter,the food in the menu, looked beautiful, and I was so surprised to see that what I order,looked just like the picture in the menu,and it was so good ,this is the best Red Lobster,in the city.

Not sure what the problem was, but upon entering the restaurant it smelled very bad...possible water damage somewhere? By the time we were shown to a table it was evident we could not take the smell...it reminded me of vomit. We had to leave and eat elsewhere.

It was very busy. Was given a glass that had stuff in it. Our waitress never refilled our drinks or our biscuits. Never came to ask how things were. Brought the check 15mins after we at. Not happy with this location. Do not go if they are busy.

Bad Service. I should say worst sevice ever. The place was empty on sunday night and it took about 15 mins to get a table. 25 mins to get the attention of a waitress and another 40 mins to get our food. Never going back

A brand new waitress on Good Friday. Took forever. Poor elderly couple next to us waited over an hour for their dinner and they werent busy. Good note, manager comped appetizer, kids meal, and dessert.
