My fiancee and I, went to the establishment at about 7:30 pm and were told by the hostess that it would be a 5 to ten minute wait for a table for us and our 14 month old. Another couple walks in not to long after and get seated immediately. The hostess than proceed to take a personal phone call on the work phone at the hostess stand. At this point we had been waiting approximately 20 minutes, the establishment was not busy. We left and told the manager what had happened, and he seemed to not care. The service was rude and disrespectful. Will not come back again!

... walked in and the lady at the desk said there was a 15 minute wait. Ok fine but the place was half empty. So we wait. Finally sit down and order our food right away since we had time with the menu. 27 minutes later salad arrives without silverware... I ask for some silverware and now its 35 minutes since we first ordered and we are still waiting for silverware!! Come on guys wth??? The place is half empty! Oh the sunset passion colada we ordered arrived and it looks horrid... looks disgusting. I think Im done with you red lobster...

I wish I could tell you how the food was but this is the 2nd time that Red Lobster, a seafood restaurant has run out of Salmon in 1 month. I was talking to my hair dresser and she said that this happened to her also on her Fathers 70th birthday last week, How does a seafood restaurant manage to run out of any kind of seafood? Hire the old manger back and the person who used to take the orders. They were great! I got the overpriced tiny shrimp that was cold by the time I got it and rubbery Lobster. Not Good!

The food is very good and consistent, we had the buffalo wings, salad and lobster lovers dream and they were delicious. Remember that some menu items change with the seasons. The service is always excellent, I request Andre. Some times I have to wait for him to get open, but is worth it. This guy is phenomenal, knows the changes in the menu very well, and takes his time to explain it to you. So remember if you want excellent service, ask and wait for Andre and youll be thanking me later.

The complaints here mystify me. I take friends to this Red Lobster all the time. The service is excellent and friendly, the dining delicious, the portions generous (we always take a lot home), great seafood, great salads, great biscuits and the menu offers an enormous number of creative choices. The value is outstanding too. There is a reason Red Lobster has thrived for so many decades and why it has such a faithful clientele.

Hostess and waitress were really great, but the Shrimp Linguini Alfredo was absolutely horrid. I was biting into huge chunks of garlic to the point where it was overwhelming. Ive had this particular dish before, and never before has there been chunks of garlic in it. I will not be returning to this location. The one closer to where I live is much better.

I bought drinks and shrimp/lobster with appetizers. All of is was rubber like it was sold back to me from left overs. Gross! The biscuits were like day old dry and water glasses had grease marks on it. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.!! This place needs the health department and shutdown! !!!

I called in a order while on lunch 2 times and both times my order was incorrect, also the waiter was talking while i walked up for about 5 min before i was asked had i been helped.. the once i told the manager he just said okay.. They have poor customer service. Never will i go back to this location.

Went for my son graduation lunch what a bad experience. Poor service, missing food on my plate, hair on my drink. Talked to the manager and the manager couldnt care less. I will not go back to this location. Other location I will give five stars.......not this one.

My family had dinner on a Saturday. Our server Santos was really great! He has a great and enjoyable personality and he was very attentive with drinks and food. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because the food wasnt as good as it has been in the past.

We found cockroaches in our salads. We told the manager and she said that was normal because they order their salads in bulk. She offered to bring a different salad in a very rude manner. Will not be eating there again, it was the worst fathers day.

The service here is cool Ive never had a problem here I always try and get the same server his name is Andre hes real cool and he takes his time to explain the menu if they changed it so try and sit in Andre section hell take care of you.

Always a good experience when we visit this location. The food is delicious, hot, and quick. The order is always correct, and the drinks are always on point. I tried a new white wine, it was delicious, I had the Jam Jar Sweet White.

Wow, worst red lobster Ive ever been to!! Lol sis wanted to have her 21st birthday lunch here. Made us feel very unwelcome. An the manager couldve cared less. We left before we even got seated! Whatta dump. Never going back.

The table was wet when I walked in. Like wipe down the table dude?? Strawberry lemonade was dry. Salad tasted like a can. No refills....salt shaker was empty.....the waitress was a milf. 5 stars
