Hash browns were okay stuffed French toast with strawberries were gross never brought out my dads farmers skillet My daughter attempted to add salt to her eggs and IT over spilled I asked for new ones waitress said yes never brought them the kids menu is very filling ND so fun and creative they automatically added gratuity and then when we went to a front pay the lady told us that they were going to add it to the bill again because we wanted to pay with cash and a card it took three people for them Im leaving that one theyve already added it and I cant have it again and into they counted our cash three different times in front of us came up with the same time but they would pass the money to someone else for them to count it

This place was just awful!! The service was bad and the food, when my mother informed the owner that the waitress did a bad job all he said was I am sorry, and her tip was already taken out of the bill. A tip is eraned not just taken!! You do your best to please you customers this place didnt do that. We will never go there again.... No refills on drinks, she was rude and we had to ask for everything we needed! My sister returned her food and our food was just nasty..... Never again, waisted $ and time.

The food was pretty good, got the 2 for $20 deal where you share an appetizer and get 2 entrees. 2 of the entries we chose were steak and beef liver (both of which come with a soup or salad and choice of potato). The waitress and who I assume is the owner were very nice even though we stayed pretty much after they closed since we got there pretty late.

If I could rate it no stars I would.The place was cold the food was terrible I took my mom there for her birthday, what a great disappointment. We put the money on the table. left the food there and walked out. I will never set foot in there again. As much as they charge you think they could pay the heating bill.this is my opinion.

I always wanted to try the Swingin Door, so one night my girlfriend and I stopped in for dinner. I had the Reuben that was delicious. It wasnt crowded when we firs got there, so were seated right away. After a little while, the small dinning room filled up. It was quiet enough for my friend and I to converse....

This was once one of my 5 favorite places to eat. Today the air conditioning was not on so it was hot, muggy, and smelled musty carpeting, our waitress was even sweaty. My deep fryed catfish was not fresh; it had a funny taste. The rest of my food was okay however ,this may have been my last visit of many!

I was a regular at this place but I left town for three years came up to visit milwaukee and decided to visit ,well It was horrible the waitress amber left us waiting on our check an then got mad because we went to the register, the food was little kid portions and bland. Wont be back

I always dine here either carryout or delivery...wonderful food at reasonable prices. Service is definitely a deal breaker...waitstaff besides buss boys are horrible! Wonderful intro by the owners but the sit down experience is not worth tipping!

Service there is terrible I actually walked out because it took so long for my server to come to my table, and it was not even that busy in there. And other times they were just Plain slow on refills and stuff like that

The restaurant needs updating. Fries were half done and burger over done. Dont expect much with desert. You get a 1 inch by 1 inch sample size. Service and food was just fair.

My Dad ate here constantly and I do whenever Im in the area. Great food at a decent price. Waitstaff is attentive and friendly. Chicken and the fish are both really good.
