Really good food at an amazing price!!! I wasnt really sure what to expect when I came to Athens I was traveling on business it was close to my hotel so I gave it a shot. Its not a fancy place the decor is dated but you will forget all about that after you get your meal. My dinner entree was the roast pork and stuffing. It came with 4 pieces of roasted pork and a very large portion of stuffing also fries, vegetable, soup or salad and wine or dessert all for just $10.95!!! I really couldnt believe it. The food was wonderful and the portion so large I couldnt finish it. I will definitely stop by here again while in the Milwaukee area for business. Staff was extremely nice and courteous.

We just got take out fish fry at Athens. The fish is very good, very tasty and meaty. It is moist and lightly battered. Heres the reason why only two stars: - Portions. Only two pieces of fish? For a takeout, it is pretty measly and the price: $13,95. NOT WORTH IT!!! 9,95 is a way better price. The prices have sky rocketed and the former owner Christopher is no longer associated with the place. The prices for the holiday buffets are 150% of what they used to be. 15 bucks a person up to 37,95 a person. Way good to price yerself out of a very competitive market! Get the prices down and it will be better!

Good service!! BUT Bad Management! I gave waitress %5.. DumB "Management" came back and said " you have to give "12%" tip.... I ask for a photo copy of the receipt and she refuse so i ask for original receipt copy! can she told me to take a photo because "their copier dont work"..." i end up giving the waitress 15% of the tab.... by the way the "DumB" management girl told me i was "drunk"... I only drank 2 beers my whole night! a budlight and a corona... They lost my service for good and I surly wish they give the waitress her percentage otherwise "i will see you in court"!

We rode in from the Boston area to Milwaukee for the 110th Harley-Davidson Celebration (2013) and stayed down the street at the Hampton Inn. A nice short walk to the Athens Family Restaurant. We were quickly seated, the staff was wonderful and welcoming. The menu had so many choices! Salads are huge! My meal was very filling and I had extra to bring back to the hotel for a late night snack. Yum! Food was great! No complaints here. Loved it and would go back for sure if ever in the area again.

Hidden gem of Milwaukee Excellent staff, extensive menu. Place looks average from the outside, but the food is well worth it. Dont bother with with Red Lobster. Ive stayed at the hotel nearby for a week and had a chance to sample a lot on the menu. Havent had a anything that wasnt better that average to best Ive ever had.

The salad that came with my meal never arrived, so I asked to have it deducted from the bill. They said they couldnt do that, so Im stuck taking home a salad that I dont want. This was their fault, and they act like its my fault, and Im asking for the world because I dont want to pay for food I didnt get.

Excellent Gyros - crispy, very nice cheese cake - cooled to the proper temp and not more, and Greek salad with a great dressing .. really enjoyed the experience and will go there again and again. Why did I not find this fist. ymmm. thinking of going there as soon as I finish this well deserved review

My wife Leslie and I love this restaurant grt food and good service the prime Rib is awesome and thier baby beef lover is the best Ive had it in 6 different restaurant and this is the best if you like liver you have to eat here and try for yourself youll be happy, and are server Talia was fantastic.

Terrible customer service. Really utterly awful. The food was not good and did not show up at the table with all the components listed on the menu. Multiple cups/mugs had very noticeable globs of food crusted onto them. The orange juice tasted like water. It was an all around waste of money!!

I got a gyro and the portion was small. The pickle was bad. I was not a fan of their cucumber dressing. The service was ok. Very quiet, whereas I am used to music to accompany the silence. Dont waste your time going here with all the other great choices for Greek food in Milwaukee.

Wasnt busy but out waitress was hard to get to our table. It orders werent right and the meals we ordered they couldnt make right because they didnt have the stuff to make it. You dont put Pico de gio on there if you dont have it and dont know what it is...

Ive been there only once , but it was such a great experience. The food was really tasty and very home-cooked like, variety - out of charts, anything from Greek, Italian, Mexican to American. Last but not least the prices are great.

Very consistent quality breakfast. Nothing fancy, meet and eggs done well. Service can be iffy. I have eaten here for 6 years a couple of times a month and would recommend breakfast for sure.
