Customer service for the most part was great! We had two waitresses who went out of their way to ensure we had the best service for our family of three on a Saturday morning. I am giving two stars for the two wonderful young ladies who worked so hard on such a busy shift! However, the manager kept running around bossing bussers and waiters to do certain tasks in front of customers, all throughout the restaurant! He was loud, rude, impatient, and inconsiderate to diners just feet away from him! Additionally, the food was just terrible, and we will never reccomend this joint to anyone. My husband ordered the 10 oz Bone In New York Strip Steak for $18.99. It was a complete waste of money—the first time he could not finish a steak. It was bland and the poorest quality steak known to mankind. For $19, we were expecting something edible, at least! I ordered the Chicken Italiano for $8.99. When it came out, obviously the chicken was previously frozen, the croissant looked like someone smushed it with all their might, and the sandwich itself had been sitting out because the whole thing was cold, and the mozzerella that should have melted, just slid right off. Our daughter ordered the Spaghetti for $5.99, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert for $2.99. Despite how terrible the food was, this was the nail to the coffin: our daughter was eating her ice cream, while we had all of our food being packed to go. The same manager as mentioned earlier came by, scooped her plate for the ice cream without* asking, and walked away! (We stopped by The Forum as a quick convenience and were not able to send every item back to the kitchen.) It is such a shame this restaurant has such repulsive food and ill-mannered management, when they could thrive with all of the loyal families who dine there so often. Please let me know when these issues get solved, my family and I would love to experience the real Forum.

Ive been here awhile back. Not a frequent go-er here, but from what i recall i never had a problem with their food or service until my last visit. My gf ordered a steak and i ordered a chicken wrap. Her steak came with 3 pieces. Perfectly cut nd shaped like it came from a box. Same with my chicken. Cubed rectangular pieces. All tasted like a frozen meal. I know for a fact it was frozen. The waitress also made the comment "the steak came out kinda fast" hmm i wonder why. Two frozen meals on a plate. Service was okay. Took forever to replenish water to wash down the semi eatable food. I find it funny how they have 3 women, i mean girls working the front like they have a full house of people on a Saturday. Mens bathroom smelled nasty. Also the poor lighting makes for a creepy scene from a horror story. Dont believe me? Your probably thinkin this guy probably just likes to complain. No i dont. im just trying to save you time and money ladies and gentlemen. Disappointed about the 20 bucks i spent. I could have went to Wal-Mart across the street and been more satisfied. Oh yea the one star is for the french fries nd cheesecake.

My wife and I had the Reuben sandwich which was very dry and unflavored. The toast was burnt and the sauerkraut was weird tasting. The fries were good but I had already lost my appetite by that time. We did have a cup of the broccoli cheese soup and it was decent. I think the killer was that we explained to the server and the lady at the check out that we were very dissatisfied and the only offer we got was for more food. A dessert to be exact. Like I said I already lost my appetite. I think they should have offered to at least cover one of the Reubens as neither one of us finished even half. I do not plan on returning.

I was appalled to see a white server wearing racist blackface and fake locs at this establishment. This kind of racism makes more sense with the KKK than a respectable place to eat. When management was informed about this problem, they said, basically, that there was no reason to be offended. Racism is offensive. It is wrong, and it is disgusting. Supporting a place that shrugs its shoulders at obvious racism is something I will never do, and I hope no one else does.

Disappointed with our experience. Explained that we were lactose intolerant and requested no cheese or butter. The food came out with cheese. We explained that we couldnt have cheese and the server took the burger back to the kitchen and returned it 30 seconds later. The kitchen had scraped the cheese off. Very irritating because we explained that this was a dietary issue. Will not return.

I havent been here in years, but it is a far cry from days gone bye. They used to have the best rueban in town; open face, loads of cheese, and spinkled with paprika. These day that flare is gone. The sandwich was mediocre at best and there was hidden abbitioal $2.00 charge for meals ordered after 10pm. I hope you are better informed then I was for a very mediocre dining experience.

Waiter was excellent. Young hostess had major attitude. 24.00 for a Blt a salad and 2 glasses of lemon aid is a bit pricey. That could explain why there were so many empty tables. The air seemed to work fine where the less than friendly hostess was doing nothing as opposed to the over heated customers in the dinning room. Will not be back anytime soon.

This is my favorite diner! Meals are tasty and plentiful. The prices are a great deal. There is ample seating, so wait times are low to non-existent. The staff are professional and efficient. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The location is easy to access with entrances on Layton Ave. and Hwy. 100. The dessert case is always worth it!

Short wait even though place was packed. Very efficient staff and management. Had a high chair waiting for us without even asking, thanks! Didnt have to ask for drink refills. Huge menu for breakfast. Waitress was very friendly and our food was prepared and served in about 5 minutes! Great place and I will recommend them to everyone.

I had the beef stirfry. Yhe serving was generous and the veggies perfectly crisp tender. The dish was flavorful but not overly salty ad in most restaurants. Dessert was included. I chose cheesecake which wasnt a baked cheesecake to my disappointment, but there were many other options . the staff were friendly and helpful.

The food was good and inexpensive, the service was excellent and fast, and they offer a slice of cake or pie for a dollar when you get an entree. Our waitress Anne was very helpful and attentive. I ordered a taco omelette and was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. I will definitely come back

Where do I begin. We went on a Sunday afternoon. We were seared pretty quickly. The server was super friendly and the food was amazing. Prices were extremely fair and portions were huge!! For $13 I got chicken friend steak with mashed potatoes, soup and a dessert.

Nice diner for a quick bite to eat, most of their dinners come with a free dessert (or add it on for $1) my parents love the place and have been going there longer than I can remember, that being said the target market is probably an older crowd.
