Ordered food online on 01-26. I accidentally selected pick up, wanted it for delivery. Called be restaurant literally 20 times trying to get ahold of someone to see if they could deliver, no answer. So I decide to just suck it up and go get my food, get there, there is a sign on the door that says that they are closed due to fryer issues. Yet they still let customers place orders online! Not to mention there was an employee in the restaurant yet they couldnt answer the phone to tell me. My card was charged, I called the next day to get it reversed. They said they would reverse it, no apology or anything, said it would take a couple days. 10 days later, still not back on my card. I called today and the manager said they cant put it back on my card and I need to talk to my credit card company. Having worked at a bank, I explained that either they will refund me or my bank will come after them for the money. He said he would call me back after talking to someone else. No call back. Stay away from wing stop. I have never been so upset with a company. Will be disputing with my bank!

Ordered online for pickup. When I showed up to get my food about 20 minutes later the lady at the counter said "sorry were closing early, any orders recieved after 7:00 are canceled. We are running out of chicken...We will refund you". At least I think thats what she said, she didnt really look at me or speak directly to me. So I waited for a few minutes as it seemed like she was going to issue me a refund or canceled reciept. She also asked if I wanted to pickup this order tomorrow?!? No. After about five minutes she looked at me and said, are you waiting for something? I guess a reciept wasnt going to happen. The food is good, the service has always been bad but normally passable. Last night was a new low. Charge is still on my bank account as of 10am today. I doubt that will get resolved...

Worst place ever. This is the second time they have screwed up my order. The first time please closed early at 7am and they didnt tell anyone or didnt close there online ordering system so I ordered to find them closed. Its been 3 weeks and I still havent got my money refunded yet I had to contact my credit card company. The second time was the same rude female lady that was there last time. His time they completely messed up my order. If I could give wingstop a "0" I would bet I cant. And dont try and call and speak to the manager about any problems as no one there is a manager and they owner doesnt return calls. Save your money and buy your wings else where.

I ordered online and my food was never delivered and nobody answered when I called. Once they closed I realized my food probably wasnt coming. My card was still charged and I had to jump through many hoops to get my money back without ever receiving more than a simple "sorry," no explanation or offer of compensation other than my money back. I would give 0 stars if I could. This was my first attempt at eating Wingstop and I will never be trying to eat here again. Stay away from here and try out wings over Madison or literally anywhere else in Madison. The service here is a joke and it looks like others agree with me in the reviews.

I absolutely love their wings. Ive been to many different wingstops. Over the past year, Ive ordered wings here many times. Almost every time I try calling, the guy who always works the register and phone will put me on hold so he can continue his personal call. Ive lost count of how many times I hang up after being on hold for over ten minutes. I usually give up and order online because thats the only possible way I can order. When I walk in to pick it up, half the time the guy at the front will be on the phone on a personal call. I hate to leave a negative review like this, but I also hate dealing with that every single time.

Heard about this place over the radio about how good they were. Service was horrible. Had my order to go and the to go box were placed on their sides so it leaked through the paper bag (if they would have told me it would have been fine but, they didnt). Wings were horribly coated with the sauce. The sauce itself were very bland. No idea why people go here for wings! Buffalo Wild Wings has small pieces but at least their sauce are good and nicely coated. Bad quality and budget for these wings. Never again!

Omg I went there because I been hearing how good they are. Service was horrible, right when I walked in I seen people waiting, there was one worker at the register and one cook and the person at the register was answering calls taking for ever, I seen people that were ordering werent happy either so I bounced I guess I will never how their wings would taste like but its all good I aint tripping. Someone please tell the owner to hire more staff and have ur customers feel welcomed

Love the food but worst service says they open at 11 its 11:15 AM we were standing outside waiting the guy who went in on the side door saw us standing at the door and still wouldnt open it like if u open at 11 then make it 11 not 11:15 or 11:30 sat at the door for 10 mins nothing called no answer but he saw us and we saw him walk in thats horrible really turned off by them now especially since I traveled 45 mins just to eat here smh

The sauces I tried were flavorful but nothing I cant get at Bdubs for about the same price. The boneless wings were a bit too crunchy for my tastes on the outside and chewy on the inside. Bdubs patrons will find that the boneless wings are nearly identical in texture. Overall the meal was satisfying, but it felt overpriced by about $1.50. The staff was friendly if a bit disorganized.

The staff was disorganized. I ordered online and they said the wings will be ready by 7:09pm. I got to the store on time and my order wasnt even cooked yet. The girl at the counter was rude and unfriendly. She wasnt apologetic about making me wait. I finally got my order at 7:40pm! So much for fast food!

I went there to try a new wing place before I knew about Quakersteak. Asked them if they had decent sized wings, they said yes and Im like awesome give me 12. Im pretty sure they use baby chickens because they were big enough with any meat to even be considered a snack.

Delivery is just terrible. Took forever, the fries were practically soup upon arrival, and their traditional hot/buffalo sauce tastes like just Tobasco sauce. Order from literally anywhere else.

This is neither tasty or healthy food. I have a hard time calling it food. Its too salty and fatty. The workers dont even know whats in the spices, but Im sure sugar is in there.

Great service, my order was wrong and the staff rushed a new basket of wings free of charge. The sauces and rubs are the best out of any chain wing place Ive been to.
