I have been to this location about four times now and service was poor and slow each visit; the food wasnt all that great either. I always gets boneless wings with a veggie boat. The wings are over cooked, over breaded, salty chicken strips that are poorly mixed with the sauce of your choosing. The veggie boat was awesome with our first visit, but the veggies have been dry and limp each visit since. Two different visits my drink was empty when our food was delivered and it took a considerable amount of time for the waitress to return for a refill. I was warned before my first visit to expect this, but I assumed they were exaggerating or had visited on a bad night.

If I could rate a zero I would called these idiots 3 times place on hold 3 times not to be taken off hold Girl at the register is apparently to stupid to place orders stood there 15 minutes before a girl came up to take my order and immediately started taking someone elses order A bunch of freaking idiots I hope the dont pay them much because there customer service sucks I will NEVER goto buffalo wild wings in Poplar bluff again

Got there around 2pm and had about an hour wait on food. Food was good. Had very bad service. The waitress only came to the table few times. When she refilled drinks she slammed them on the table and was very rude to the children when they said thank you. Had to get another waitress to refill drinks after. But the shift manager Dusty was polite. And gave a small discount (about 12%) for the trouble. Probably will not go back.

I love this place and Im not someone who likes bars at all so I think that says alot:)! It has a great atmosphere, really good food (they have a turkey burger that I highly recommend its so flavorful and it has BBQ meat on it!!!) and they make a mean Bloody Mary. Its the perfect level of hot for me.

Food was bad, staff were great, which is why I gave them one star. Nachos were terrible, po-boy shrimp sandwich was terrible. My Aunt had the pepper jack steak wrap and said she liked it. But I think she was being polite cause I bought her dinner.

This place needs to be re train it was awful the burger was dry no taste at all just a cook burger over cook the high school band was there making all that loud noise the owners need to go under cover there to see the cook and workers

Taziki sauce is just Greek yogurt with ranch seasoning. Carrots are old. Pita was fried and tastes like thick cut tortillas. My veggie plate took 25+ minutes. Horrible. Ill never be back. Oh, and the veggie "Pita" plate is $10.

At first I received the wrong order when I mentioned it they allowed me keep the order and corrected it at no charge. I havent seen a restaurant do that for years. They went above and beyond to make it right

this restaurant has great service and splendid food....we brought 23 people there on a church trip and they called in reinforcements!! This is for sure the place to go!!
