I called today at 11:00 to tell the workers that I was bringing a school group of 25-30 students. I did this out of courtesy because I didnt want them to be "slammed". I also informed the lady who answered that we were going to come into town to attend the play at ASU, which started at 7:30, and we would arrive between 5:45 and 6:00. She replied, "Ok. I will let them know!" So I think, "Ok. We are covered. We will have at least an hour to eat." I was sooo wrong! When we walked in, the front room was empty, so I told the waitresses that I had called, so they set up tables for us. Then they took our drink orders, and 10-15 mins later, they took our food orders. And we waited, and waited, and waited, and at 7:05, they began bringing out food. Mind you, they didnt bring OUR food; they brought out the food of the people who came in AFTER us! Yep! Thats what I said! Then as time kept passing quickly, they come out and say, "Someone else got your food." They had 2, yes 2 waitresses covering our whole group! No manager on site, unless he or she was hiding or just a poor manager. I dont understand why there would be a communication breakdown. A great worker would have either contacted the night manager, or at least left a message for the evening crew. The waitresses did the best they could; however, one thing that could have been done is the checks could have been given out to us sooner. We were on a timed schedule. I will not return to this establishment, nor will I ever bring a group of students back here again. Because of "no communication" of the lady who answered the phone today, we werent able to get to the play before it started, and we have to wait until intermission (1 hour) to go into the auditorium. I am appalled!

So today I cam into Buffalo Wild Wings around 3 in the afternoon. I sat down in the Wolf Den. I waited there for 20 minutes without one person coming to serve me and my wife. Not one person asked us for our order or if we had been helped. I would understand if they were busy there may be a time wait. However, it was dead at that time and I had around 5 employees walk right past me multiple times. I left the bar and then returned around 830 tonight. Once again sat in the Wolf Den and sat there for another 10 minutes before I was helped. Then the waitress who finally helped me was rude, short, and very unpolite. She asked me once how my appetizer was and before I could even reply or nod my head was already walking away. Not to mention I put in my apetizer and had already gotten it and ate it all before she even came back to my table and not one time asked us if we were ready to order our actual meals. I wont be eating here again. And its a shame. Its my favorite place to go for football.

Just ordered Buffalo wings. We went through the whole process of making sure that the sauce on the wings was medium. Placed the order and then went to get them. When I get back home I open the bag to find fried boneless chicken, no sauce!! Why the hell ask me what sauce if you arent putting it on the chicken??? I have ordered this same thing many times before and never a problem!!! Look, theres other chicken wings places I know here that can handle the order. Top it off,.... I call the store and told the girl that answered what happened & she didnt know. I asked if this is the they are serving them now and she said if you ask for it that way I told her I never had this happen. Her response was " Im so sorry for that" & she didnt say anything more. I sat on the phone and she wouldnt say anything. Is this how you operate???? I WONT BE BACK!!! TOTALLY NOT HOW THAT SHOULD BE HANDLED. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL

I used to enjoy going to Buffalo Wild Wings once a week, but the quality of the service and the food has slowly been declining. The past few times Ive gone, our orders have taken a lot longer to get out than necessary, and when we do get them they are usually wrong in some way, shape, or form. As far as actual service from your waiter or waitress, it almost seems like a game of chance; there are several who are super nice and friendly and who will even remember you the next time you go in, but there are also a bunch that definitely prioritize the larger (or drunker) tables just because of potentially larger tips. I can understand this to a certain extent, but its bad service (and definitely to their disadvantage; my friends and I tip extremely well!). Im hoping things pick back up eventually, but it really seems like things are just going to continue going downhill.

Shittiest service ever, Every Waiter in there deserves to get fired or Go to a restaurant where they receive the same service they give. 6 of us entered and had to wait 10 minutes just to be sitted and there was Literally atleast 20 tables open that we could have put together and sat at. Next thing you know another 6 people walk in, Get seated immediately and by the time we get our food, The other 6 people got theres. They ate, Chilled, Paid and left before we got our food and when it got to or table it was so cold it made me sick to my stomach. Buffalo Wild Wings Im sorry but yall need are a worthless restaurant

Food is ok.. alcohol is wayyyyy over priced. They treat their employees horribly. Obviously discriminating against who they think are better looking and putting them in better money making section. They force their employees to claim false amounts in the computer in order to not pay them even minimal wadge. Dont work here. Ive heard and seen so many bad things about this place. Also, for a wing place.. their ranch SUCKS. I will not support this place until their employees are treated fairly.

Service is usually good, especially for a place that is essentially a sports bar. Best place in town for sports atmosphere, especially with 15+ tvs. Karaoke is usually had on Tuesday and Saturday night. The "bar area" can get a little loud at times, especially in the evening and whenever I am there. If you want to watch sport and drink beer in Jonesboro, this is the place to go.

Had to wait till host got done visiting for several minutes with his friend at the take out to be seated. Table and menu were both sticky. Order was wrong twice. Had to remind server to bring out the rest of the order. Drinks were empty for most of the meal. It was largely empty on a Sunday lunch. If things dont improve, I dont foresee this location lasting much longer.

Waited an hour and a half for our food which ended up being cold. We asked 3 different times for our chips for our salsa and they never brought any out. Management did not care and said they didnt have enough waitresses. Table next door had to speak with manager as well just to order their food. Poor service and I would not recommend sending your worst enemy there.

I have been there four times. Every time I went there, I have to wait so long. Even though I just wait for to go. (And not rush hour). I dont know whats wrong with there Chiefs. At the same time, I dont know whats wrong with there chicken wings, lots of time, there are so many wing drums (eight out of ten are drums, only two are flat). I will not go there anymore.
