Come on bdubs. All these horrible reviews, and I myself just had to deal with horrible service as well. Do you even care? Are you even taking the steps to better yourself? I work at a hotel, I call twice just to ask times on Christmas eve and Christmas so I can inform any staying customers and maybe give Buffalo wild wings some paying customers. Each time I call, I am put on hold for over 5 minutes, I had to call a second time cause I cannot just sit on hold, I have a job to do, make sure nobody is on HOLD! 2nd time, they practically put me on hold before even waiting for my answer to be put on hold or not. It is really just a joke. I will not be recommending them to any people staying at this hotel. only time they will be brought up is if asked. I will not talk bad about them, but I will not suggest them myself

I had previously been disappointed by the quality of the food - small wings in particular. But I gave them another try recently and was pleasantly surprised that the portions were much larger than I remembered. The wings are still a bit expensive, but 1/2 price traditional wings on Tuesday and boneless on Thursday makes them a steal. At those prices Ive loved trying out new flavors. Now if they would just cut their beer prices a little Id stop by a couple times a month.

Terrible service, what happened to this it used to be a great place. Now the prices are high and the menu is terrible. The hostess greeted us when we came in and asked us where we would like to sit, she than took us to our seats and was very polite and then went back to her station. We then sat at our seats for 10 minutes with staff walking back and forth with no acknowledgement. We then got up and left. END OF STORY WILL NOT BE BACK!

Decent place to eat, sexist in hiring. My girlfriend and I both applied here at the same time. My girlfriend has no dining room experience and has worked retail her whole life. I on the other hand have worked at granite city as a server for 2 years, outback steakhouse as a server for 1 year and managed a pizza hut for 1 year, not to mention 4 years from the air force honorable of course.... Guess who was actually called for an interview.

Expensive considering what it is, and mediocre. The dish I got was actually a "shareable" (appetizer). It was the spinach artichoke flat bread, and would have been pretty good if I got it at HyVee, frozen in a box for 5 dollars and cooked it at home in the oven. It was most definitely not worth the $12.40 (including tax and a N/A bev) that was charged. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, and our meals came out fairly quickly.

Will never visit again. The worse service Ive ever experienced in the Quad Cities at the multitude of sports bars Ive visited with my husband. Communication between cook staff and waitstaff is apparently horrible as I didnt get what I wanted and yet i ate it as I didnt want to wait another thirty minutes for them to fix me the correct food. Also, the waiter took the food away without asking if we were done with it.

Never ever ever ever order Carry on from this location. Pickup times are always wrong. Im fairly certain they dont begin making your food until you arrive. I live in the immediate area and continuously subject myself to waiting for food that was supposed to be ready 10-20 minutes ago. Ive written this entire review whilst waiting for food that I ordered 45 minutes ago. Its still not ready.

While only seeing about 6 other tables of customers. I had to wait 10-15 minutes with no waiter or service. Multiple waiters walked by with still no service. After finally asking the manager for service the waiter brought water with an already open straw. After waiting almost 45 minutes with little service and no food I decided to get it to go. Worst service Ive ever had.

I will never go back. Rude employee started screaming and went on to threaten me on family day, in front of my child and a dining room full of families with children because I made a simple complaint about her attitude and rudeness to her manager. The manager couldnt even get this woman to stop yelling so she and I could talk. Extremely ghetto.

Todays service sucked, I waited to pick up my food apply my military discount for well over five minutes while they tried to find a manager! My food was cold and it was a takeout order, I understand that big bosses come to town that run the place and the manager is busy, however really not appropriate way to treat customers.

They have shorted us before, then the waitress accused us of eating them, even though they just brought them to table..lol..there wasnt a bone or dirty napkin in sight. Its a good national chain where youll have the same ambiance at almost any location you go but what I didnt like about this location in particular is the poor service, overpriced drinks and lack of consistency in pricing; I ordered the same drink as my friend and I got charged more...how does that even work?

Ordered carry out to take to work for myself and a co worker. Ordered the 6 peice tender and fries with asian zing. One order came with only 5 tenders, the other no sauce. Both orders had less french feies then what you would find on a kids meal dish. Very disapointed, doubt i will go back.

The service was great here, and the beer selection was not too bad. The wine selection was a little lacking, but people dont come to BDubs for wine. They come for the food and the beer. The bartenders were great as well.

B dubs davenport on utica ridge is a rip off! I do not recommend eating there or having take out! I ordered and paid for 3 mediums buckets and received 3 small buckets. Very spotty and terrible customer service.

Dont bother placing an order online. They wont actually submit it until you come in to pick it up. The online time is also incorrect so I will be waiting another 20 minutes inside. 45 minutes total for wings.

Used to be great for lunch when they had the fast break lunch, they got rid of that and now its slow and makes lunch impossible. Too expensive for dinner, same item for lunch costs twice as much for dinner.

How hard is it to make a PLAIN burger??? Or fully cook wings? Either way they might reverse the burger/wing charge but you will still be stuck paying for the fries. Lost my business.
