Our group came in on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at about 10:15-10:30pm. The restaurant had very few people dining at that time. The service was very slow, taking 45 minutes to get our food and then it was cold. We had had a very long day of traveling nearly 5 hours, sitting at a competition all day/evening and we were tired and starving. Those in the group whos food was cold did not say anything as they did not wish to wait another 45 minutes to have it replaced. Our server (Sarah I think?) returned several minutes after our orders arrived and only asked if we had everything we needed. Not at any point did she ask if our food was satisfactory. She did not return again until last call, at which time she informed us "Im sure you wont want anything, but its last call for alcohol." Really??? Thats how you train your staff? When she came to collect plates etc she asked one person "Was this not good or what?" He told her it was not and that it had arrived cold. The food and service were both very sub-par and disappointing for this particular chain. And is it not customary to tip based upon the level of customer service received by the wait staff? The service we received was poor and therefore the gratuity left was minimal by some and none by others. As we were walking out the door, "Sarah" yelled across the room at us as she was reviewing her tips "Hey you guys! If there was something wrong with your food you should have just told me instead of not tipping me!" The night manager was right there and opted not to say one word to anyone as we exited. I was stunned that a server would respond in such a deplorable manner and for management to not approach us to inquire about the situation was equally astonishing. I am employed in the hospitality industry at a corporate level. I take great pride in recruiting and hiring talent that best exemplifies our companys culture. It is not an easy task for entry level positions, however, providing great training to those newly hired (and refreshers for seasoned staff) will not only help them succeed individually, but also shed a positive light on your restaurant and company so as to avoid reviews such as this one.

We went for a fantasy football draft, this is something they market as they have a little packet to help you out, give you can cozies, etc. We had called ahead and let them know how many would be there and when. When I arrived, there were already several people there and it was clear the table was too small. They offered a room outside as there wasnt room inside. She had us sit tight and then finally moved us. New location, finally got a drink ordered about 15 minutes later. Should add our waitress Ana was trying to flirt with the guys at the other end of the table and rarely approached our side. We would have to wave our arms and flag her down to get anything. Staff kept saying the bar was backed up so the beers would take a while. ?? And they did. Finally after being there over an hour, we got to order food. And so it went. Food wasnt bad. The TVs on the patio were really loud and the reply we got when we asked them to be turned down was "I dont think they can be." Rude, unprofessional, disappointing for our football draft. Will definitely have it somewhere else next year!

If you are on your lunch break, or any time schedule at all....DO NOT GO!!!!!! I called my order in ahead of time (1:10 pm), requested for it to be ready by 1:30 pm, and we would eat there. I get there and am seated by 20 after.....our food comes to our table TWENTY FIVE minutes after it was supposed to be ready (and it WAS ready at 1:30, because the food came to our table COLD, SOGGY, and the sauce on my wings was completely dried up). If we werent on our lunch break with limited time left, we would have left but were left with no choice. Our server, Megan W? Very slow. I am extremely dissappointed and never ever going there again when there are plenty of other restaurants with better lunch deals and much better service. Oh, and no, it wasnt busy. There were plenty of staff to suffice the minor lunch crowd. POOR POOR POOR customer service. With how long we waited, I cant believe we paid a penny. No appologies from our server that we were waiting forever, no satisfaction. DO NOT GO!

Ive been to this location on two occasions during 2012. I had a different server each time--one female and one male. Both servers were outstanding: recommended specials, asked about personal preferences, displayed courtesy and worked quickly and efficiently. I have ordered burgers and found the presentation of and taste of the Black and Bleu burger to be appealing. On one occasion my boys ordered wings and my oldest, who is very picky, absolutely loved them. The decor is modern. The facility is clean. Service is quick. My only complaint is the price of a beer: $5.00!! for a pint! That brings the cost up substantially even though the food items are very reasonably priced.

My girlfriend drove 9 hours to visit me for the weekend because I was out of town working. We went in for a few drinks because it was close to our hotel. Service was super slow. We ordered a coronita strawberry. She was served her drink...and was done while I sat with no drink, because they didnt have the glass topper for both drinks. Manager came and apologized. When my girlfriend finished her drink they then offered mine...using hers. Should have been comped both drinks. Instead we left. Wont return.....and so the drink was weak and tasted like watered down coolaid with beer.

My family and I went to watch football after they had a three hour drive. The waiter, who at least was decently nice, spilled a drink all over my dad, and luckily we had a change of pants. He was careless. Then the manager never approached us to say anything or apologize, never offered anything. The waiter never got him, and hardly approached us after. Mistakes happen for waiters, but to the manager that was inexcusable. We even got a dirty look on the way out from him. You can be sure we will never go back there and I will spread the word to others about that place.

This BWW is a very busy location on most nights and weekends. They have both bar and regular sit-down restaurant seating. If you dont want to wait, check the bar area for an open table. The staff is mostly college-aged, but have done a great job for me the majority of the time. I like the Thursday boneless wing specials, but remember youll be paying for ranch. The desserts are mostly good also, but be careful with the cheesecake bites - they often times have a hot middle and can burn your mouth.

This is one of the nicest Buffalo Wild Wings from an atmospheric standpoint that I have ever seen. It has your classic BWW looks but it is a lot brighter and the TVs are mounted effectively throughout the place. It was oddly slow here on New Years Eve when we visited with a group of 7. The waitress messed up my order, which seems to happen all the time at BWW and when I dont get my Parm Garlic wings to cool everything down, Mango Habanero really takes over your mouth.
