Im giving 2 stars because the service was pretty good, but Im also giving 2 because the food was pretty terrible. I ordered the Buffalo Mac n cheese with a side salad to try and avoid a meal in which half of it consisted of grease. Well, sadly I was unable to escape the clogging of my arteries because when I received my order the entire bottom of my bowl was pure grease.. why? I could not answer as you would assume Mac n cheese with some chicken tenders on top wouldnt require a pool of grease in the ingredients. Also the mac n cheese was a joke. Basically some noodles with oil. The side salad was okay though. Seriously unless you want heart disease or a stomach ache- go somewhere else.

This place is almost always packed. A great place to watch sports and drink beer with your friends. They even usually get UFC fights. This also happens to be the source of my complaint against them. On a fight noght, tables are impossible to get unless you show up 2 hours before the fight. The reason is you get a lot of people who get a table and dont order food or drinks. They arent asked to leave so you end up with no room for incoming (potential) customers.

Weve eaten at other Buffalo Wild Wings and had good experiences in other cities. Unfortunately at this location, the food was awful. The service was laughable (we stopped laughing after a while). Our waiter made at least six trips to surrounding tables and ignored us, despite attempts to get his attention. I think he only paid attention to blondes. This seems to be a place to drink and watch not eat. We will not be returning.

They [a manager] made me pay for an appetizer that I was displeased with. It was so sad that he exclaimed that his manager would be upset with him, but he claimed to be a manager himself. He went back and forth about 10 bucks of bread and artificial cheese. I was a semi-regular. I havent been back since and I always spent over 50 bucks each visit. pathetic.

The wings have been hot and good the last several times weve been there. If you drink, stick with beer or the absolute basics. The bartenders and wait staff, who are otherwise very friendly, dont seem to understand any drink that calls for more than one type of liquor. Great wings. Great beer. Not a great bar.

The food seems to be over cooked on the wing side. Usually the BWW experience is great however, more times than not the wings have come out over cooked. Burgers are usually the better option. And the wraps are ok. If you just feel like catching a game and drinking, then its a fun atmosphere for fans.

Get the smokers out of the front door where you wont have to walk thru the cloud to get in/ service was slow, real slow but it was on a Tuesday night although not real crowded. smoke really is bad there are five people at 740 pm 12/6/2011 at the door now- a cloud of smoke

DO NOT PAY WITH CARD . THESE PEOPLE TAKE YOUR MONEY OFF THE CARD FOR THEIR TIP WHEN I SAY NOT TO . MY TOTAL CAME OUT TO BE $18.68 FOR MY FOOD BUT SHE TOOK HER TIP OFF MY CARD AND IT WAS 32 DOLLARS. AND THEY SAID THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

Im giving one star because the service was pretty terrible, and not for the first time Ive been to this Buffalo Wild Wings location. I usually love Buffalo Wild Wings but I dont think I can make myself return to the Jackson location after such horrible service.

The hosts are very energetic and friendly. The rest left a LOT TO BE DESIRED. I ordered coffee, it was cold, very old, a pot sitting for HOURS , and they had no sugar. My family enjoyed the food, that is the only reason I am even giving 2 stars.

This is my favorite place for wings and beer. I now know everyone, they make me and my family feel welcomed.. Its a very comfortable environment. No matter what I complain about they fix it with a smile. Its clean, well lit, just all around great.

Poor service. I would rather eat at Waffle House and they have the worst service around. I would definitely not recommend this location. Theres many restaurants in the area that are definitely worth while so dont even waste your time with BWW,

Overrated chicken joint. The food was served cold and obviously had been sitting there for a while. Then forced to give a $7 tip because our waitress "couldntget to the cash register...but if we wanted to wait she could bring us the change".

On our way back from our Road trip we craved BWW. We found this one on Google Map. Found seats at the bar where Sean and Justin served us.Best service I ever had in a Buffalo Wild. Fast, polite, and food came out fast and they were busy.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings and I always enjoy my food but I gave 3 stars because my pita chips were extremely hard and I could barely chew them. Ill definitely be back! I just hope my chips wont be fried as hard next time.

Our server was great! Our ultimate nachos were full of flavor and the ingredients were fresh! The onion rings and wings came out hot! I was very impressed with our visit!

The wings are delicious, the appetizers are ok. The ribs are HORRIBLE. Tasted as though they were boiled then tossed in bbq. But I will definitely return for the wings!
