First of all, the food--as always--was delicious! But what really blew me away was the customer service. I had stopped in with some friends on a Saturday on our way through town on the way home to Minnesota. When we had left and were about an hour and a half away I realized that I had left my purse--with my AND my sisters wallets in it--hanging on the back of my seat! I called Panera right away and a worker (I believe his name was Brian) found it right where I had left it. The Panera team kept it safe and was able to send it back to me mid-day on Monday. Brian even sent me the UPS tracking number so I could assure that it would arrive safely! I couldnt be more thankful that the team went through all that work just to get me my things back! They even paid for postage! They went above and beyond to help me and I will be forever grateful!

Food tastes fresh and good if a bit pricey, and its practically ready by the time you check out. Nice and clean room with outdoor seating in warmer weather. I have never had rude service here nor have they gotten anything I ordered wrong, though of course individuals do work at places who are rude, sloppy, etc. Hopefully whoever that reviewer was talking about isnt there anymore, but its really not fair to judge/rate a place so poorly on one bad experience that is clearly the fault of that particular staff from two years ago. Mistakes and rudeness are one thing; overall food quality, prices, cleanliness, and service is what I rate them on.

This place is great and their food is yum! The employees are very friendly and helpful specially when you dont know the menu. Today was the best experience by far though! I ordered online for the first time and jokingly wrote in the special instructions to include a love letter. Let me tell you that Panera did not disappoint! I found the cutest love letter in my bag when I went to pick up my food. I couldnt believe that this employee Jake actually wrote it lol it was so awesome. I definitely will keep coming back to this Panera location for the great food and Jakes love letters.

Stop by this Panera quite often. Service here is OK, sometimes it feels like they wish you would just go away or something...especially if you cant decide what you want off their menu. Food is usually delivered quickly. Expect to see wall huggers everywhere with their MacBooks so you may not end up with a spot to eat inside. Outdoor seating is nice when available. I would recommend stopping by for a quick bite. During busy hours, do yourself a favor and download the app. You can just pop in and grab your food right away without the headache.

Having dined at Panera since they were named St Louis Bread Company, I am always impressed by their consistent quality of ingredients and preparation. And the recent technology upgrades to improve service is also impressive. As a result, in a packed lunch crowd our meals came to us very quickly. Now that Panera has delivery in my neighborhood I could become a Panera junkie!

Best Panera in town. I only go to this one, even if Im in the parking lot of any other Panera. They are so friendly and the internet always works!! There is a gentleman who has worked there for years now who I adore. I should probably commit his name to memory.... :) Thank you, West Wash Panera!!!

If you like Panera youll like this place. Great food and sandwiches. Like the convinience of ordering from an app and having it delivered to the table. This location does get pretty busy around noon, so Id suggest coming just off the noon hour (11:30 or 12:30).

the staff is always kind and helpful, the food is always hot and consistent in flavor. the portions are a little on the slim side but the flavor makes up for it. by no means is it fine dining but its my go to spot for a quick lunch of dinner break from the studio.

For a place that sells bagels, they usually dont have a good selection, or any for that matter. I have stopped here twice before work to bring bagels into the office. Both times I have received indifferent service, and 2 dozen whole wheat bagels. :(

Pretty typical Panera. Not very big inside, but has a lot of outdoor seating. No interesting interior design features that typically exist in locations. Food was great though! Got some really fluffy ciabatta bread which was surprisingly good!

Place looks nice, nice patio but seems like employees are always busy doing something else instead of greeting you or putting attention to guest, please dont forget that customers pay your check guys, sometimes even rude and coffee is usually out

Nice location and friendly staff. Food quality and cleanliness on par with most Panera restaurants. Lots of meeting and studying students so finding a seat to enjoy your lunch can be a challenge especially in parties more than 1 or 2 people.

Tasty food and the green tea is always nice. It has been a while sense I have eaten at a Panera and its more $$$ than I remember. Probably wont go to often as $12+ for a half sandwich and soup is a little much. But still tasty

Dont go by the 5-star ratings. I went out of my way to this Panrea because the East Towne store is so horrible. It was my first visit to pick up an ordered loaf of bread. Surprise, no saved loaf. Im done with Panera.

Its Panera ... So its fresh and good. Reasonably healthy overall. A little pricey for fast food / diner food but the quality is obviously superior so worth it. Seasonal soups always seem to be top notch!

Horrible and rude service. To go order forgot half my meal, and when I called and complained was met with a rude and unhelpful management staff. I also found a sticker in my food. Do NOT go here.
