This is the absolute WORST Pizza Hut. Ive lived here for three years and attempted to order delivery pizza about 5 time, the 2 times I received it, the order was wrong. The other instances, I called about an hour after ordering and was told they couldnt find my residence and had tried calling. Never a missed call and when I verified my number and asked to speak to a manager, Im was told no managet worked there (?!?). The young girl that always seems to be working is so flippant and disrespectful. I literally drive to the next town over now when I want Pizza Hut. This place needs an overhaul!

The worst! The Germantown location has this pizza dilivery driver (white complexion with dark hair) who drives a gold Toyota that disregards the safety of our children- who were riding their bikes along the curb in our residential neighborhood. We yelled and waved our arms like, "Hey! Slow down!" His response was to flick my family off as he drove away. Who does this? I have called an complained about this driver many times, which I am hung up on every time when I am voicing my concerns. He is still driving for them to this day.

How in the f**k you gone send a delivery driver over here with no change... Or was he lien... I should have told him to keep the damn pizza because when I ordered online I said I was paying cash and the delivery driver has no change.... F**k outta here never again... And Im at work and cant leave working 17hours.... I just know now this pizza hut aint it 8 dollar tip youre welcome then gone lie like he only owed me 5 bucks back shaking my damn head

Cleanest Pizza Hut In Germantown. Never had a problem. If the pizza was wrong Justine politely redone it. Very professional. Employees are always doing there job.
