It goes without saying, Pizza Hut pizza is good, always good. My problem is with the Management at this location. I called in an order, as I have in the past, never was I ask if I was paying cash, check or credit. Pizza was delivered, I gave the driver a check for $17.62 and $5.00 tip, which she accepted and left. While eating the Pizza, got a call from the person saying he was the manager, apologizing and saying they do not accept checks. I was surprised as we have paid by check on many past occasions. I offered to pay with a $100 bill and he said his drivers are not allowed to carry that kind of change. Thats fine, I totally understand this policy, but in this case, she would be driving straight to my house and straight back to the store, but I suppose it wasnt worth taking the risk. I ask what he expected me to do, and i was told I could bring the $17.62 up to the location. I informed him there was a reason why I ordered delivery instead of coming up there to get it in the first place. We dont use credit cards and we had money but it was a $100 bill, and we have used checks before, so whose fault was this. Instead of doing the logical thing and accepting the check which was "good", (never in 44 years of marriage have we had a check bounce), this manager elected to lose a very good customer by sending his driver back to my house and pick the remainder of the pizza up and return my check. Now Ill tell you this, Ive never managed a Pizza Hut, but I was a manager of a retail grocery chain store here on the coast for many years, and have attended managerial training courses, and the first thing you learn above all else is, try to handle any and all situations with the approach that the customer is always right. So what this manager has accomplished with his approach is, he got half the pizza order back because we ate half before he called, and he has lost a "good" customer, because his employee who took my order over the phone had not been properly trained to inform call-ins that this location doesnt take checks any longer. This customer wont be ordering take-out or dining in at this location ever again.

I just feel compelled to acknowledge the fact we have now ordered the Burning Hot wings, we are simply addicted. For what it is worth. Basically, while i cant take away the original events that lead to my harsh review, I can admit, that since then I have many more pleasant visits. We have not tried pizza hut in many years because it was simply not good. On a whim we ordered last week and it was wonderful. we ordered a second time when the timer said one hour until our cookie pizza was ready. calling in to ask about if the one item was truly going to take one hour, we live 4 minutes away from the store, because that seemed extreme. The man who we spoke with was very courteous and explained that, sometimes the timer was not accurate.it would be ready in 15 minutes. Tonight was so disappointing we will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again, which is upsetting. Our food was incorrect. When we called to address the situation, after paying for a 40$ meal, the manager on duty seemed to think that our LARGE inconvenience was, pretty much like no big deal, and must be user error... Funny, how two days ago we were told that it did in fact have issues. But it was our fault that one pizza was the wrong type of crust and neither had any flavor, so it was very much like having to eat card board... At the moment i am so disgusted with how a very expensive, "convenient" meal was neither convenient nor tasty. But the stupid Hot Wings are a really super good. To be fair. Those are why i gave the stars. The wings are the true star here. I just feel compelled to acknowledge the fact we have now ordered the Burning Hot wings, we are simply addicted. For what it is worth.

Bunch of gossiping queens that couldnt give less of a care about their costumers. After a long awaited seating and order I didnt think itd get much worse until the server Catherine snapped after I asked for a cup of water. Then after I left my daughter said they were gossiping about what a "stuck up" I am. Okay next time remind me to not tip you 20%. What really surprised me was that she was a manager. I really hope her negative influence doesnt ripple down to her coworkers. The overall experience was a train wreck and what really wrecked my nerve is that she said such rude things in front of my 11 year old daughter.

I ordered two large pizzas via the Internet for pickup at 11:45am on Super Bowl Sunday. The Pizza Hut opened at 11am. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled pickup. I was told that my order would be ready exactly at the time I had requested. Much to my surprise both pizzas were ready at EXACTLY the time I had requested. Of course the pizza was great when we arrived home, along with a few cold beers. Service could not be better. I left as a very happy customer and would highly recommend this location.

These people do not know how to make a pizza at least the night shift dont! All I wanted was a stuffed crust pepperoni with extra cheese and they did not know how to put extra cheese on it. So the city the delivery driver back out with a nother pizza supposed to be better but it was actually worse than the 1st plus it was not even cut properly I dont know what they are smoking

The guy that answered the phone had a nasty attitude, I spoke very clearly and I had to repeat myself 5 times, of course I got tired of repeating my phone number CORRECTLY and him forgetting (dont know if hes just stoned or an idiot) but he ended getting offensive and mouthy then hung up on me. Not very professional, didnt like his tone when I was being patient...

Not good at all the waitress (Kim) tried to make the experience better it was unorganized and the employees had no sense of urgency however talking amongst each other was a priority to them I waited well over 15mins before I was able to get my first plate at a "buffet" sad to say I will not be returning and would never recommend anyone to this store #2226

Wings were not the greatest at all. However, the driver must of let them roll around the car. Sauce was covering the bag and all over the container. Other then that I understand things can happen. The food is definitely not that good and the sauce was really watery looking. Worst Pizza Hut I ever eaten at.

Your order person on the phone messes up and not ask all the he right question. I have a 4 yr old waiting am hour to eat, but its not your problem when I call. Excuse me im paying money for this and this is how you act! Last time.

A nice casual atmosphere to enjoy your favorite pizza and pasta dishes. I go to the $7.99 all-you-can eat lunch buffet several times per month and its always hot and DELICIOUS
