I regularly eat there and the lines always move fast and the staff is really friendly. Today I ordered my burrito like usual and the guy accidentally put sour cream on it when I said no sour cream, he noticed that he messed it up and repeatedly told me he would remake it. I kept saying it doesnt matter and I was pretty much indifferent about having sour cream and that he didnt have to remake it. He said he was going to comp my burrito despite my protests. Its the little things that make your day. Thank you guy at Chipotle

I cant believe I am saying this but they give too much food. I had to go to the library after eating a delicious chicken burrito and ended up farting the whole time I was there. My farts were both obnoxious and smelled like rotten eggs. I also got a mild stomach ache. It would have been all fine but the guy next to me got pissed and left. So unfortunately I have to take a point off for my troubles and the embarrassment. Would do again. Peace.

I know that Chipotle is a chain restaurant and I am normally quite put-off by Mexican restaurants that arent very authentic, but I make an exception for this place. Their chicken burritos are fantastic and generous! Two of my favorite aspects of their food include the chicken, which is always tender and flavorful, as well as their zesty cilantro-lime rice. In summation, I would definitely recommend this place for a quick bite to eat any time!

With so many fantastic local taquerias available in the area, I just cant get overly excited by Chipotles mundane offerings. With the staff members are pleasant, the line to order seems to crawl along at a glacial pace. The lack of wi-fi also is an annoyance. This venue is not the tidiest, which a by-product its popularity (it is an extremely busy location). Food quality and quantity are on par with other Chiptole locations.

I loved the music and well light atmosphere. I found hair in my bowl. I went to the front desk. When confronted they didnt offer to comp my meal, or give me a refund. Instead they only offered to remake my meal. I will never eat at Chipotle for the rest of my life. This is obviously an isolated incidence because they have so many other good reviews.

Standard chipotle but for some reason this place is extremely slow at peak times (12:15-1:00 when most classes break for lunch). Order ahead never seems to be ready on time, and the line can take 20 minutes to get through. No wifi available, unless you can get into the bagel places network.

Had to wait 10 minutes for the chicken to get done. In the processes 5 other customers passed. Then they did not wrap my burrito correctly and the tortilla was ripped and everything was coming out. Ordered chips and they were stale... One of the worst experiences I had at a restaurant....

I ask for a double steak and the guy gives me two half scoops and charges me for 15 dollars. The portion varies dramatically depends on who is behind the bar There is a redhead guy working there gives you as less as possible. Sometimes a bowl with double meat and guac is only half full.

Every time I go into this Chipotle, its a good experience. The most recent time was no exception. Specifically, the one young woman who helped me this last time--pretty sure her name was Abby. Shes always helpful and friendly and my food turned out phenomenal.

I love chipotle. It was a staple of mine when I was a uw student. At least twice a week. This location has a tendency to be out of stuff often. A number of great of the menu items like quesorrito. I quesadilla made into a burrito. Ooey gooey greatness.

This Chipotle sports a fun local. Its always busy, but lines move fast, and like previous experiences with Chipotle chains, they consistently provide good service, delicious and healthy dishes, as well as good prices and portions. I love Chipotle!

This location is rather clean, and despite the long wait lines, they move through people pretty quickly. You can also get a free sofa by showing them your student ID which is a nice gesture on Chipotles part.

Terrible experience. The quantity is so meager compared to the other Chipotles. Also, there is a pillar in between which obstructs your vision while you order. Service was good but hasty.

Chipoltle has a good mix of vegetarian and meat-eater options that are fresher and more environmentally conscious than Qdoba. Also good for a quick bite at lunch or dinner.

Chipotle is way better than Qdoba. The guacamole is extra money & sometimes they dont give you a lot. Also the tables arent always clean, but its generally well kept.
